2. Please be informed that the undersigned PNCO is an organic personnel of Sta

Magdalena MPS and further on Duty Detail to RTC 5 as a Tactical PNCO/Records PNCO
pursuant to Letter Order xxx. At present, PSMS Espena was given a slot and now is
undergoing PSSLC thereat while performing duty indispensable in the continuity of the
operation of the Training Center.

3. In this regard, humbly request for an Endorsement Letter for the said schooling.
