1. Reference: Verbal Instruction of OIC, RTC5.

2. In connection with the above reference, the Training Center MESSHALL,

through the initiative of the undersigned, selected skills E members of PSBRC
RTC5 Class 2020-02 SANTINDIG, with the supervision of PMSg Allan G
Bendaña, Chief, General Services Section/ Infrastructure, was repaired and
partially renovated as per observance of messhall sanitation hygiene (Photos
attached).
