1. Reference: PNP Memcrandum Circulfir No. 2014-CI17 dated June 10,2*",4
entitled: Field Training Officer Development Program iFTODPi.
2. ln connection with the above reference$, be informed of the following
addendum relative to the implementation of FTODP:
a. The certificate of completion with Certificate Control Number (CCN) and
Class General Order Number issued by PNFTS Academic Student Affairs
Office (ASAO) on the 15-day FTODIP training
qualifies personnel to
become as FTO;
b. FTCs must be covered with appropr"iater detail crders to PNPTSIRSTU for
tlre 6 months duration of FTX/OJT
1lo obtain the FTP Service Duty
Certificate;
c. FTOs rendering duty as mentor and trainer must handle 6-8 Police
trainees in a period of 6 months, and
d. FTP Service Duty Certificate issued will foe"m part of the requirements for
. endorsement to undergo the PSSLC.
