1. Right to Health

a. PROJECT NAME : B.U.H.A.Y (Bangon sa hirap, Upang sa gayon ang Hangarin sa kalusugan ay Yaring-
makamtan)

It is with our primary concern as to the current situation, the importance of health.
“Health is Wealth”, Whereas, in its concern for the health and safety of everyone especially
to the uniformed personnel of the PNP organization. Thus, believe that we all need services
of a duly licensed hospital and or clinic with adequate medical facilities and competent
medical staff that will provide the healthcare services/medical examination and diagnostic
laboratory procedures.
b. Objectives: Promotes Physical Health and Wellness. Any duly licensed hospital/clinic be in
private or in public together with other agencies in times of crisis be deemed to give their
willingness to work together to provide healthcare services to all the community residents
especially during the times of crisis. Provide discounts and deliver quality healthcare services
to the community as its social obligation and responsibility and to help the community to
survive the inevitably circumstances.

c. Target audiences: Gov’t/LGUs, DILG, Doctors/Nurses, DSWD, DOLE, TESDA, PNP, AFP, BHW,
community residents, and other sectoral groups.

d. Tactics: Consultation to the proposed project to all the member agencies/stakeholders who
are committed to partake in this worthy endeavor and willing to come up with A
Memorandum of Agreement binds with the terms and conditions of all parties.

It will be formally launched with a program (insert a date, time and venue) to be attended by
all member agencies

f. The monitoring of said reports will be in a monthly/or quarterly basis. That all member
agencies are required to have meeting once a month. All the activities must be documented,
and such reports must be duly approved by the body.

2) Women in Military

a. PROJECT NAME : Y.E.S! (Youth, Women and Children) empowers to Save lives!, campaign
against Poverty.

The government take seriously about the poverty, as it is one of the reason why so many out
of school youth committed crimes especially by the minors. It must be appropriately taken
seriously and addressed by the government/state to find ways and means in these alarming
incidents. This project aims to empower the youth and minimizing their susceptibility to
crime. One way to make it resolve, is to provide better understanding with adequate
education and skills for livelihood and employment.

b. Objectives: This project calls for a policewoman in the PNP organization. Thus, the section
Women and Children Protection desk (WCPD/FJGAD) caters the investigation on this case.
Further, encourage various government agencies with their support to alleviate the poverty. 1
This will serve as a bridge for the youth to avail and take advantage of the Government plans and
programs.
c. Target audiences: Gov’t/LGUs, DILG, CHED, DA, DENR, DedEd, DPWH, DSWD, DOLE, TESDA
and PNP.

d. Tactics: Consultation to the proposed project to all the member agencies/stakeholders who
are committed to partake in this worthy endeavor and willing to come up with A

Final outcomes of these project will increase citizen trust in government and improve the out of
school youth/community residents access to avail the government plans and programs
(economic/socially opportunities and reduced criminal involvement.
