Very often one needs to search for recent judgments on specific section(s). A judgment
search can be done through statutes so that one can have a comprehensive view of the
judgments on a specific provision of law. Keep in mind that you should use these search
techniques as aids to enhance your effectiveness. It is possible that some of these do not
yield foolproof search results. For example, if a judgment has not been accurately indexed,
it may not be shown in search results when you look for case laws pertaining to a specific
section.

Step 2: Open The Table Of Contents From The Drop Down

Menu Which Appears After Clicking On “Bare Acts” On
The Left.

Step 3: From The Page That Opens Select The First Letter
Of The Statute That You Choose.

STEP 4: Click on the title of statute.

A list of the sections will appear after you click on the title of the statute.

STEP 5: Click on the section for which you want to obtain

judgements.

The contents of the section will appear thereafter.

STEP 6: For viewing a the list of judgments, click on

“Judgements” on top right corner. (As shown above)

A list of judgements will appear thereafter.

STEP 7: Select the time period for which you want to

browse judgements. From the drop down menu that
appears after clicking on: “Select a Year”

STEP 8: Click the forward arrow on the bottom of the page

to skip pages to recent years.
