 ‘readme.txt’ is a user manual

 ‘autorun.inf’ is included to lessen the work needed to play the video.

6.1.3 Burning the video file to CD process

The video file was ‘burned’ to a cd with a capacity of 4.7GB. Finally, a test is
carried out to test the project. The video must be shown to the client to ensure

6.2.1 Preparation of CD label and CD Case Cover

After my interactive multimedia project ‘Good Practices of Smartphone Usage’

is burned to a CD, preparation of a CD Case is needed to ensure the safety of
the product. Without a CD case, the product is vulnerable to all kind of threat
that will ruin the product. Thus, the CD must be placed in a case to protect it
from any danger. The picture below is an example of a CD case used.

Producing a CD cover CD label

The software Microsoft Word was used for designing and editing of the CD
cover and CD Label to get the best result. The measurement for the CD cover is
12cm width and 12cm height whilst the measurement for the CD label is 12cm
wide and 12cm height. I have chosen Design 1 as the design for CD case cover.

6.2.2 POSTER PREPARATION PROCESS

The poster is made with the purpose of gaining the interest of the client to promote the
project. An A5 Sized Paper is used because it was neat and tidy for the poster to attract
audience attention. I used Microsoft Word to create and edit this poster.
