MOTIVATION:

Before we start our new topic for today, i

want you to read, what i've prepare for

"I made a Mistake. I was not happy i did
something wrong.

Lina brought beautiful red roses. Her

mother was delighted.

The roses are in bloom. There are red and

white roses.

"Class, can you give me the meaning of

This story is all about a Mistake.

"What a Mistake!"

"Linda was ready for school. She

remembered her teacher say, "Bring some
flowers tomorrow. We will talk about
them."

Linda was very unhappy. There were

many flowers in her mother's flower
garden but she wanted to bring flowers
which is non of her classmates could
bring.

"I will look for some wild flowers in

field, "Linda said to herself. On her way
out, she passed by her mother's garden.
She saw something there.

"Those flowers are very lovely. They

look like butterflies. I'll take them, " linda
said. She quickly picked some flowers.
She took them to school.
Her classmates saw the orchids. "Oh,
what a lovely flowers! "They cried." May
we look at them, linda?" Miss Castro was
also delighted to see the orchids. "Where
did you get them?" Shr asked linda.
"They're indeed very lovely!.

Linda said proudly, "these orchids came

from my mother's garden. She has many
of them." "I'd like to see the garden, "
said Miss Castro. "May we come,too? "
asked the children.

Linda ran to her mother when she got

home. "My teacher and my classmates
would like to see your orchids, mother,"
she said happily.

"Yes, let them come. My orchids are in

bloom now. How did you know about
them?" Linda's mother asked.

"I brought sone flowers to school this

morning," she answered.

"What? Did you pick the orchid flower?"

Asked her mother.

"Yes, i did."

"Oh, linda. Why did you pick them?"

Cried her mother. " more orchids mean
more money for us."

"I'm very sorry, mother. I didn't know

that. I won't pick your orchids again,"
linda said sadly. She knew she has made
a big mistake.
