New User Registration Instructions

Agency Code: UM001 (Please note that the code is case sensitive.)

Please follow these instructions to register correctly with Interactive Healthcare Training.

Please note that because you are registering with Medinet, members of this agency’s
team will be able to view your login details and access your account as necessary in order
to add additional courses, track your progress, and download your certificates.

Step 1. Please navigate to www.interactivehealthcaretraining.co.uk

Step 2. Click on the button in the top right hand corner labelled ‘Registration’, at the base
of the dark blue box marked “Login”.

Step 3. Please fill out our registration form with your personal details. While you are doing
this, please type the code UM001 (case-sensitive) in the field labelled
‘Organisation/Agency Code’. The correct box is shown in the picture below:

Step 4. You will also be asked to choose a password, which you must choose yourself.

Step 5. Select ALL the courses you have access to. If you do not select any courses at this
point, your registration will not be accepted. The courses you will have access to are as
follows:
1. Privacy & Dignity
2. Information Governance, Data Protection, Handling Patient Information, GDPR, Record Keeping
and Caldicott Protocols
3. Basic Adult & Paediatric Life Support (Including AED Training)
4. Infection Control and Standard Precautions, HAI (MRSA & Clostridium Difficile)
5. Fire Safety Awareness
6. Safeguarding Children & Young Adults - Level 3 (POCA 3)
7. Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
8. Manual Handling
9. SOVA - Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults - Level 2 (POVA 2)

Unless you have been told otherwise, please complete the courses in this order.

Step 6. Once you have selected your courses please click on ‘Next’ at the bottom of the
page. Your registration will now be complete.

Step 7. Log in to your account, in the top right hand corner, with your email address and
password, clicking on ‘Next’ underneath the password field.

You are able to log in and out as you please, using your email address and chosen
password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the password reminder
link. Please do not attempt to re-register using a different email address.
