We all know that nothing can be changed if necessary steps does not be

taken.
So Today, I will say about the topic of Government employees should
be subject to terminations similar to private sector employees to
reduce corruption.
Credibility: As a citizen of Bangladesh, I always observe the newpaper
called DHAKA TRIBUNE to know that in which level our country is
involved in corruption. So in my opinion,  govt employees should be
governed strictly and if they caught by any illegality then they
have to get a penalty of termination same as the private-sector
employees

Before starting my arguments I would like to say that nowadays,

government institution is a platform where employees are making their
own rules, there is various types of procedure to do one thing. Your
amount of money will be decide that which procedure you are gonna
follow.
While private institution is a platform where you will get a good
experience iiif you have any sort of work there. Because All members of
staff are governed by the general duties and responsibilities for serving
people and they also know that if they disobey any kind of rule then a
penalty of termination should be happened.

Now, I could start of by saying that employees that work in a

government sector should be subject to termination if they involved
with any sort of illegality to make people optimistic that in our
county it is also possible to do work without bribery.
In every public services sector, such as, City corporation, institute of
land administration, Judiciary,here, people always face a trouble situation to
do their work successfully. If there is no problem in one’s work, then the
employees of the sector will make a problem because of wanting bribery. Their
behavior to the people is also vulgar. For an example, a couple of days before I
went to the DHAKA NORTH CITY CORPORATION for some correction in
my younger brother’s birth certificate. At first, they said to me that the system
of correction is off. Then when a 500 taka note is came out from my wallet, the
correction system is instantly getting on and he was happy to do my work. At
that time, I felt tragic for my country and also thinking that if it would be a
private institution, the employee will meet with termination for what he did.
….Aaand in present time, it is very common that not getting any government
job after having all the qualification to get the job because of not having lot of
money. Even, involving in corruption for many years, the employees get linked
with various sectors of government. So that, they can earn money by selling
government job. This things are happening because there is no one to stop them.
If proper observation is happened, and one employee get a penalty of
termination for illegality then it can be assume that the remaining members will
work by integrity. So, termination should be happened to make people life
easier and to reduce corruption as well.

Moving to my next point, do we know that termination of corrupted public

servant will make our country safer?

To reduce corruption, corrupted police officers should be subject to terminate. For wanting more and
more money, our countries police is attached with many unlawful things. Present situation of our
country is, if the guilty person with many misdeeds is engaged with politics or a wealthy person then it is
not a matter to him to manage the police.

Another subject is The road sergeant is continuously disobeying the laws. They
are taking bribery openly from the drivers and bikers on the road.
Some fragile vehicle owner feeds them a huuuge amount of money so that the
vehicle which is not properly feet can be stay on the road. For this dangerous
vehicle which breaks hardly work, I lost one of my cousins. A local road
transport vehicle called leguna rapidly came towards him which cannot manage
with the break and just drove over him and my brother died on the spot. And
this is happening everyday with many people just because of police is corrupted.
So termination of police members can easily learns other members to not to
involve with corruption and can help to reduce corruption.

Termination of tax administration employees can make our country more

prosperous.
In our country, tax administration is highly corrupted. This is a common charge
of Bangladesh that irregular payments in connection with taxation. The national
board of revenue is poorly administered that tax collectors are able to collude
with tax payers by accepting personal payments in exchange for lower tax rates.
As a result, they are grabbing the money of the country for their own pocket. It
means half of the money is considered because the power is in his hand and a
big amount of money will be gone to his pocket to get a more comfortable life.
On the other hand, if the policy of private sector can be implied in this sector,
the employee must get the termination and the property of the country will be
use properly for the country. Therefore, termination should be occurred against
whom doing unlawful works to reduce corruption.
To colclude, Bangladesh is a poor country. So termination should be
exist in this country to reduce corruption. Because our government
sector is already corrupted. So, now it is the only way to swap new
employees with corrupted employees. If half of the corrupted
employees are subject to termination then another half of the
corrupted employees will automatically become ethical. Countries such
as Iraq, Columbia, Mexico are most corrupted countries.Termination of
govt employees exist in these countries and also have brought positive
result. So, Organizations must start terminations to reduce corruption
of our country.
