1. Human Resource Management has evolved throughout the years. Because of the different innovations in our society businesses take
these innovations as part of the management, especially in Human resources. The growth of new and innovative technology helps the
human resource managers and the entire organization improves their whole system.
Data management- Because of the new technology, companies and human resources uses software to properly store the data about
the employees that are essential to the company. Technology offers a safer, faster, and more accessible storing of data.
Social Media- This platform is usually for social interaction but businesses can use this platform to make job recruitment easier by
listing the available position online to be noticed by interested applicants.
Social Media- Social Media is also used by human managers to track and evaluate potential candidates for the position. Through
social media, managers can evaluate the candidate based on the digital footprints that the candidate has.
Job hiring platforms- Aside from social media there are many available job hiring websites like LinkedIn. These platforms offer an
interaction primarily for building one's portfolio and job offers. Individuals can use this platform to search for available jobs from
different local and international companies.
2. The role of Human Resources is a vital part of the company. Because they are responsible for managing and recruiting employees for
the company. These are the roles of the Human Resource in an organization:
Hiring and Recruiting potential employees that are suited for the job.
Employee Relations- this tackles and resolve issues around the workplace and maintains a healthy working environment for
everyone.
3. The organization's Human Resource Management evolves more compare to other businesses because this company effectively utilizes
the benefits of technology to the system.
This company uses different technologies available to the market to make recruiting and selecting more easier and effective.
This company also prioritizes the well-being of the employees by providing a healthy environment through proper employee
management like providing a place to relax, food, drinks, and other necessity to boost the morale of the employees.

Human Resource Management's role in a company is very important because they are the ones handling the backbone of the
company, the employees. They are the one who is responsible for recruiting and selecting the best candidate that is suitable for the
job for the development of the company. Aside from the hiring process, they are also responsible for managing the employees
