house of Quality. 5. Quality Related Costs: Prevention, Appraisal and
Failure Costs, Models for Quality Costing. 6. Quality Measurement:
Significance, Methods 7. Tools and Techniques for Quality Improvement:
Basic Tools, Advanced Tools.- Quality Management System (ISO 9000
series): Significance, Documentations, Implementation and Certification,
Audits, Expected Problems
Environmental Management System (ISO 14000 series): Significance,
Documentations, Implementation and Certification, Audits, Expected
