Unassailably, the problem of juvenile delinquency has a far-reaching effects not
only on the offenders themselves but also the community as a whole. Regarding the youths, commiting crime at such a young age may tremendously inflict on their mindset, which as a result may become a second nature to them and render their morality degraded. Moreover, the risk of being incarcerated and socially discriminated may also lead to their erroneous life and lack of career prospects. Furthermore, the delinquents may also suffer from certain mental and emotional scars for their whole life due to their guilt towards the victims. In terms of social repercussions, the spiraling frequency of youth crime can take a toll on the safety and security of the community. In addition, enormous sum of money, which can instead be dedicated to other purposes, may have to be allocated to property repair and penitiary.
