The diagram describes the process of generating olive oil.

Overall, the production encompasses seven main stages, commencing with olive collection and ending
with its distribution for consumption.

To begin with, olives are picked manually from the trees. Subsequently, in the second stage, they are
rinsed in cold water using a machine so as to ensure their hygiene. The washed olives, then, go through
a belt until being delivered to another appliance for smashing. After this stage, the olive paste is
separated and divided into certain penetrated bags, while the olive stones are discarded.

In the next step, those packets are allocated to a pressing machine in order to take out the excess airs
inside. The olive paste, then, travels to a device for oil concentration, which means the water will be
detracted. The diagram ends with the resulting products’ being dispensed to stores and supermarkets
for trading.
