Design begins with the most important details and it requires from the target to always be the best.Hidrosil is Some works are done by precise processes (stoning,honing, super finishing) and those are being

computer aided environment.The work of related the production process is done by the engineering unit
and then production unit starts the manufacturing process.

MACHINING PAINT AND SHIPMENT

Operation stage scheduled product is manufactured by controlled CNC bench and products are Cylinder shelf cases are prepared to paint with sandblast.After that ground coat paint and top coat
controlled after every operation.Dimensional controls are done in the factory.Besides the other controls paint operations are applied aganist corrosion.Cylinders are made ready for shipment after packaging
are done by KOSGEB and reported accordingly. consequently.

QUALITY CONTROL
The quality control of cylinders manufactured in our company is done by the engineers with the
computer programmed test instrument.
We aim to reach to world standards for all works we take part in.
