chicken pieces 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste 40 grams
Kashmiri red chili 10 grams
Salt 10 grams
Turmeric 5 grams
Cumin powder 1 tsp 10 grams
Clarified butter ½ cup 20 grams
Red food colour 1 gram
Yogurt 30 grams
Tandoori masala 20 grams
Lemon juice 2 tbsp 20ml
Chaat masala 20 grams
Ingredients for garnish:
Onion sliced 80 grams
Tomato sliced 80 grams
Cucumber sliced 100 grams
Green coriander 10 grams
Cookery Method/Cooking Steps:
Apply cuts on chicken.
Except lemon juice mix all ingredients and left for whole night.
After that, mix lemon juice.
Bake chicken in preheat oven till chicken tender.
Cook with aluminium foil.
After 10 min, cook without aluminium foil.
Dish out and serve with garnish.
