Section 3: Reservation fee agreement

This form confirms your intention to reserve a property, subject to allocation from Be West and all other eligibility criteria
being met.
I/We hereby confirm that our reservation fee for the sum of £500 will be paid to Be West.
I/We understand that this fee will hold the property at the agreed price until the 28-day exchange of contracts deadline. If
the deadline is not met, then a re-valuation will be necessary, and the purchase price may change.
I/We understand that this document does not form part of any contract or agreement to sell and therefore this is not a
formal offer.
I/We understand that should a property offer be made and accepted, that the reservation fee will be offset against your
rent account. Should there be a shortfall, this will be collected with your first month’s rent and service charge direct debit
payment
I/We understand that this fee will hold the property at the agreed price until agreed exchange of contracts deadline.

We may share this information with other organisations that handle public funds or government departments; this is for
verification of details and to prevent and detect fraud and/or crime. We only share information with third parties where
