Showcase portfolios are designed to display a learner's best quality of work and therefore will also show
students best works for it caters a quality activities or works.

Because portfolio contains students hardwork activities or projects, it was also design to assess students
abilities and skills. It also help teachers know what students learned and even what they can.

Reflective Journal helps students to record their everyday learning and would alao enhance or allow
them to develop their writing skill.

Letter C would help students develop their portfolios for they knew what is needed to be done and how
their works will be evaluated.

Giving the students all the targets or providing the students all the needed competencies would help
them learn how to assess each others works, improve their critical and analytical skill and it is
acceptable. Thus, it would also help students to be reliable.

Analytic rubric would help them improve for it assign scoring to every paper done. It is also appropriate
for it evaluates their weakness and strengths that needed improvements. Analyzing every pieces of
their work would also help them improve which part needed revision.

students not to panic or not to get embarrassed inside the class and be able to continue answering.

Allowing students to make her voice louder only means that her voice cannot be heard and that can
help her to improve in her performance without saying any criticism. Directly saying it wpuld help her
improve her performance and not the other way around.

Commenting very nice with the performance wouldn't specify a good work and wouldn't help students
where to improve for she will think that everything she did is just all fine.

Feedback is a powerful way to help students improve their performance. It pointed out all their mistakes
and would give insight on how things went wrong. It would also help students embrace challenges for
they know it would be for the better. Through feedback, they would also learn how to accept failures
that would push them to to struggle more. Feedback can bring growth to students. It encourages them
to escape them from their fixed mindset they have and will help them to face reality and face their fears.
Having feedback properly executed to class will really encourage students to do better however, this
could also lead to students closed mind to go worse if feedbacks are not properly done. In general,
feedback helps students to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
