Inspiring Experience with Instructional Leaders

These are the 2 instructional leaders that helped me
develop my potential and made me aspire to be one .
Under their guidance and monitoring, I do my best to be
cater the needs of my pupils – from checking their attendances
regularly to monitoring their progress the whole year.
They made me realize that becoming a teacher is not only
about imparting knowledge to my pupils but rather
transforming them to be the best versions of themselves.
They help me improve my teaching skill through regularly
mentoring me during observations and conferences.
