In the company, an associate consultant may be responsible for problem solving and client

An associate consultant assists the consulting team during the various stages of a project. The

based on client specifications.
 Evaluating recommended solutions and investigating alternatives.
 Developing a detailed project strategy and risk mitigation.
 Assisting the project team with project implementation.
 Meetings with clients to discuss project issues.
 Providing technical assistance during the project's development.
 Offering a cost-benefit analysis of proposed solutions.
 Making project documentation for future use.
 Developing relationships with stakeholders in order to expedite projects.
 Providing advice and training to the company's clients.
 Participating in client presentations and preparing information papers.
