GENDER OF THE EMPLOYEES
INTERPRETATION

The pie graph from previous slide shows the total number of
male and female employees working in Lala Land Corporation.
As shown at the graph, there are 18 female employees that fills
up the 36% of the graph and the rest is 32 male employees that
fills the remaining 64% of the graph.
DISTRIBUTION OF EMPLOYEES
INTERPRETATION

The bar chart illustrates the distribution of employees according to their respective
categories. In the line graph, the pink line displays the female employees and purple for
the male. The x-axis is for the Employee Category and the y- axis for the number
employees. The 1 on the lower part represents the category for Part-time Employee, the 2
for the Full-time Employee on Probation, and the 3 represents the Full-time Employee.
There are 17 females and 22 males working as Part-time Employees, as seen in the bar
graph. There is just 1 female and 3 males for Full- time Employees on Probation and for
the Full- time Employee, no females are working while there are still 7 males that do.
Overall, we can see a distinct downward trend in the number of female employees
working although on the male side, it was highest on number 1, swiftly declined on
number two, and then grew again on number three.

INTERPRETATION

The table from the previous slide illustrates the grouped frequency distribution of
the combined salary for both male and female employees. As shown, thirty-one
(31) employees have the least amount of salary ranging from ₱16,950 to
₱33,814. Twelve (12) employees have a salary ranging ₱33,815 to ₱50,679 and
two (2) employees have a salary ranging ₱50,680 to ₱67,544. There is only one
(1) employee that has a salary ranging ₱67,545 to ₱84,409 and there is also one
(1) employee whose salary ranges from ₱84,410 to ₱101,274. Two (2)
employees have a salary that ranges from ₱101,275 to ₱118,139. Lastly, only one
employee has the largest amount of salary that ranges from ₱118,140 to
₱135,004.

INTERPRETATION

The table from the previous slide shows the grouped frequency distribution
for the male employees. As shown in the table, there are twenty (20) male
employees with the least amount of salary ranging from ₱21,750 - ₱40,624.
Five (5) male employees have salaries ranging from ₱40,625 - ₱59,499
while there are only two (2) male employees who have the number of
salaries ranging from ₱59,500 - ₱78,374. Continuing further, the table shows
that there is only one (1) male employee with a salary ranging from ₱78,375
- ₱97,249. There are two (2) that have the number of salaries ranging from
₱97,250 - ₱116,124. Lastly, there's one (1) male employee that has the
greatest amount of salary ranging from ₱116,125 - ₱135,000.

INTERPRETATION

The table from the previous slide shows the Grouped Frequency
Distribution of Female Employees. As shown in the table, there are 7
employees that have a salary ranging from Php 16,950 to Php 22,424.
We have 4 employees that have a salary within the range of Php 22,425
to Php 27,899, on the third row we have 5 females that have salaries
from Php 27,900 to Php 33,374. Lastly, we only have 2 employees that
are included in the salary that rages from Php 33,375 to Php 38,850.
The sum of all female employees is 18.

INTERPRETATION

Based on the previous slide, the table shows the grouped frequency
distribution of employees' salary in category 1, the part-time employees.
From a total of thirty-nine (39) part-time employees, it is shown that there
are five (5) employees that have the least amount of salary ranging from
₱16,950 - ₱21,791. Twenty (20) employees who have a salary ranging from
₱26,634 - ₱31,475. There are eight (8) employees who have a salary ranging
from ₱31,476 - ₱36,317. Three (3) employees who have a salary ranging
from ₱36,318 - ₱41,159. And lastly, three (3) employees who got the highest
amount of salary ranging from ₱41,160 - ₱46,001 for part-time employees.
There are thirty-nine (39) employees in total for category 1.

INTERPRETATION

The ungrouped frequency distribution for category 2, or the full-


time employee on probation, is shown in the table from the
preceding slide.
We can see that there is only one (1) employee with the lowest
salary of 30,000 pesos, two (2) employees with a higher salary of
30,750 pesos, and one (1) employee with the highest salary of
31,250 pesos.

INTERPRETATION

The table from the previous slide illustrates the ungrouped frequency
distribution of Category 3 or Full-time employees' salary. As shown, there
is only one (1) employee that have the least amount of salary which is
₱57,000 only, one (1) with the salary of ₱60,375, one (1) with the salary
of ₱81,250, one (1) with the salary of ₱92,000, one (1) with the salary of
₱103,750, one (1) employee with the salary of ₱110,625. Lastly, there is
only one (1) employee with the largest amount of salary which is
₱135,000.
CONCLUSION
To summarize everything, Lala Land Corporation employs roughly 50 people, with 18
females and 32 males. The distribution of employees is divided into three categories:
The first group consisting of 17 ladies and 22 males who work part-time, and the
second group having full-time probationary employees, including 1 female and 3
males. There are three males and no ladies among full-time employees, which is the
last category. The lowest-paid female employee of Lala Land Corporation receives a
salary ranging from ₱16,950 - ₱22,424 and the highest-paid female employee
₱33,375 - ₱38,850. The lowest-paid male employee receives a salary ranging from
₱21,750 - ₱40,624 while the highest-paid male employee receives a salary ranging
from ₱116,125 - ₱135,000. The lowest-paid employees of Lala Land Corporation are
largely female part-time employees, with salaries ranging from ₱16,950 - ₱33,814.
The highest-paid employee, a male in the category of a full-time employee, is paid
₱135,000.
