COURSE GUIDE PA 22
Human Behavior in Organization
You will have flexible learning for this course. You may opt to have a
combination of the following modes of delivery: 1) Through printed materials to be
sent to you by mail; 2) Through asynchronous discussion through emails, Facebook
closed group account or Messenger using electronic version of the materials; 3)
Through Voice Recording and 4) Through synchronous discussion using Google
Classroom/or Zoom meeting.
The major learning tasks are to acquire relevant knowledge and skills,
positive attitudes necessary to understand intrapersonal, interpersonal, group and
organizational level processes in the work setting.
The criteria for assessing your outputs are presented in detail in the Course
Syllabus. You will also have midterm and final examinations for the course. All your
outputs and examinations may be submitted through the platforms mentioned
previously on the following schedule: Week 8 – , Foundations of Individual
Behavior, Attitudes and the Job Satisfaction, Personal, personality, and emotions,
the teams, decision making, Kindly use the PA 22 HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN
ORGANIZATION _[Name of Requirement/Examination]_[Surname] in the
subject line when submitting or uploading. Week 18 Finals– The organization, group

This will be your guide and will be provided with learning tools, reading
materials, voicemails for the course. Make sure that you perform the required tasks
