We hope this letter finds you in a great state. I am writing this letter on behalf of the
Ewatone Youth Organization to invite your barangay as participant for our upcoming
“KALOMBAYAN PARA KO KALILINTAD GO KATAGOMPIYA (YOUTH FOR PEACE AND
DEVELOPMENT)” that will be held at the MUNICIPAL GYMNASIUM, BALINDONG LANAO
DEL SUR on January 12, 2022, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the theme: “Youth Awareness
Against Violent Extremism through Community Involvement for the future leaders of Balindong.”

The event is embedded with Lectures, Workshops/Activities, Leadership Training, and

Open Forum which aims to allow the youth of Balindong to demonstrate their abilities, expand
their knowledge, and provide a safe space for them to engage in youth engagements that will
empower them. We hope to foster peace and order, leadership, and awareness in Balindong by
empowering our youth participants and giving them the opportunities, they deserve in terms of
social inclusion, equality, and youth participation.

In line with this, we would like to ask your good office to invite seven (7) youths aged
16 – 25 from your barangay to participate in this important program. The program is free, and
the participation is highly voluntary hence the transportation is shouldered by the participating
schools, organization, and barangay. We hope to make this event an inclusive opportunity for
the youth to engage and empower their leadership aspect.
