Planning 1. Assists the OCM's services and offices in the drafting of annual budget;
Officer III 2. Facilitates in the development of a system that will assess the performance
of OCM offices;
3. Coordinate provision of technical support and planning expertise to OCM
offices;
4. Coordinates with OCM offices in the preparation of plans and programs;
Review outputs of PMD; Prepares activity proposals of PMD;
5. Drafts planning related issuances;
6. Heads the planning section of PMD
7. Assist in the formulation of programming guidelines and standard for the
preparation of annual budget proposal in conformity with the changing
priorities & strategies of the OCM Offices and attached agencies;
8. Prepare the necessary forms and power point presentation in the meetings
and workshops
9. Prepare MFBM and BP forms with justifications per project for the proposed
funding requirements
10. Prepare briefing materials and power point presentation for OCM, MFBM,
and BTA
11. Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc
12. Perform other related functions
1. Conduct review of proposed projects to be approved by the Office of the
Chief Minister, including, but not limited to the review of feasibility studies;
validity of financial and economic model and its underlying assumptions;
cost-benefit analysis; and technical, and the institutional aspect of the
proposed project
2. Prepare and update previous year program obligations, physical and
financial accomplishment including foreign assisted projects through the
BARMM line agencies and offices
3. Coordinate provision of technical support and M&E expertise to the OCM
proper offices, attached agencies, and committees
Project 4. Provide assistance to the office of the Director in his/her duties as a
Evaluation member of the technical body
Officer III 5. Assist and/or represent the Division Chief in attendance to OCM
Budget Call
6. Supervise the preparation of list of sub-programs, sub-activities and sub-
projects by barangay, by municipality by province and by region;
7. Prepare data and necessary documents needed for meetings, conferences,
workshops, training, etc
8. Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc
9. Perform other related functions
5. Render duty support during meetings, seminars training and etc.; and
1. Assists on data archiving of PMD and other files of TMS for immediate
reference
