As we explore more into the topic of medicine, more precisely medical technology, we

discover that numerous events have occurred that are significant in the profession's history.

Numerous individuals and events are listed in these publications, along with their significance and

contribution. At some point, we will be able to classify each of these noteworthy individuals'

contributions according to their effect on the field. However, at some time in my life, I've wondered

who is the most powerful of them all. Who initiated the path that resulted in the evolution of

medicine as we know it today?

Personally, I believe that Hippocrates made the greatest contribution to medical technology.

He laid the groundwork for clinical medicine as it is practiced today. He defined a variety of medical

terms that physicians frequently use, including symptom, diagnostic, therapeutic, trauma, and

sepsis. Additionally, he discussed a wide variety of ailments without resorting to superstition.

However, his most significant contribution was the development of theory about blood. By this

moment, he had officially begun the exploration and knowledge of the human body's mechanism.

This breakthrough established the gold standard for all medical procedures and activities, including

the diagnosis, comprehension, and treatment of human body phenomena.

In conclusion, every scientist up to this point has made a significant contribution to modern

medicine. Without the discoveries of other scientists, we will be unable to provide patients with

better medicines or observations. Each of them is deserving of the honor they are receiving today.
Hippocrates, in my opinion, made the greatest contribution, not because he is referred to as the

"father of medicine," but because he found the most critical aspect of this subject, particularly in

medical technology, which is the theory of blood. I am aware that every ailment can be detected by

blood testing. This way, we can quickly determine the underlying ailment of a single person, which

is critical for treating the patient. Without knowledge of the patient's disease, we will be unable to

provide appropriate medication. This is why I believe Hippocrates made the greatest contribution to

medicine.
