Roles & Responsibility
Contribute to pipeline and revenue increase of infrastructure Services, through participation and
coordination of demand generation activities, including customer workshops, seminars and vendor
specific events.
End to end opportunity life cycle management including
bid qualification and story boarding
identification and articulation of solution tenets
team identification
validation of commercials and pricing models
bid ownership until bid defence
customer visit management
Develop the overall deal solution by liaising with multiple internal business units, alliance partners to
develop deal specific solution components in order to create a differentiated and profitable approach
to a prospect's needs.
Develop a strong working relationship with customer prospects, vendor Partners and the HCL Account Team.
Sales Enablement through focused research on target EN accounts to build pitch-packs to align
HCL service offerings to customer’s business.
Attend industry seminars and events to raise HCL's profile and remain up to date with competitor/
partner offerings and new trends within IT Infrastructure landscape.
Pro-active research on trends, market place to identify opportunity areas and create domain and
vertical focused propositions.
Provide timely business reports including opportunity tracker and other activity reports.
