Explanation – The World Health Organization has demonstrated and claimed that regular
physical exercise can help prevent and treat coronary heart disease, strokes, hypertension, and
a variety of cancers are examples of noncommunicable diseases. It also helps with
hypertension prevention, maintaining a healthy body composition, and improving mental
stability, standard of living, and well-being. Physical activity, both moderate and vigorous, is
beneficial to one's health.

children's physical activity and sedentary habits. Fitness trackers and gyroscopes are already
being tested in adults, but the project will be expanded to include youngsters.

Essay Title

Discuss the importance of physical exercise

Introduction

Relevant background information

According to Department of Health estimates, lack of physical activity cost the US

healthcare system US$ 54 billion in 2016 and culminated in US$ 14 fluctuations in
financial losses. Physical inactivity is estimated to account for 1–3 percent of the national
health care expenses in both high-income and low- and middle-income nations
Definitions (if appropriate)

The World Health Organization (WHO) has estimated that if the world population was
more active, four to five million fatalities may be avoided each year just by staying
physically active and fit

Thesis Statement

A research and data being collected to identify the importance of physical activity in
routine life and its correlation to health. Data will outline impact and importance health and
fitness plays in our lives and ways it affects all positively.

Main body content with supporting evidence

Point 1

In Adolescents, There Is a Link Between Physical Fitness and Academic Achievement

Evidence

The association between physical fitness components such as cardiovascular endurance,

strength of muscles and its flexibility, and intellectual ability and academical success
among teenagers was investigated. During in the 2015/2016 school year, we enrolled 403
adolescents (53.6 percent males) from a higher secondary education Spanish board with
moderate to socioeconomic situation. The 20-meter shuttle run was used to measure
cardiorespiratory fitness, while the sitting long jump test was used for muscular strength.

Explanation

Concerns about children's physical health, fitness, well-being, and academic success have
never been higher. Academic attainment is deteriorating at the same time that health is
deteriorating. According to a study published by the National Institute of Mental Health
(NIMH), obesity is linked to worse neurocognitive outcomes.

Link

A healthy body nourishes right mindset and positive thoughts to accomplish set targets and
goals by individuals. And helps create balance among academic achievement and healthy
wellbeing.
Point 2

Investigating the Determinants of Physical Activity in Pupils and the Health Education
Path

Evidence

Half of university students are capable of engaging in physical activity. Boys more likely
engage in risky and coping activities, whereas females are more likely to resist them.
Freshmen are more likely to engage in hazardous coping activities, and the number of
students engaging in resistive coping behaviours increases as grades rise.

Explanation

Physique refers to the quality and growth of the human body, as well as the physiological
processes and psychological variables that affect it. Physical fitness is a hereditary trait,
learned surrounding, diet, recreational activity, and healthcare circumstances all have
positive effects and are beneficial influence on physical fitness.

Link

Human bodies in early stage have great adaptability to conditions around it and can learn
various forms of activity if learned at early age have greater flexibility.

Point 3

The Role of Regular Exercise on Brain Development

Evidence

In both people and animals, exercise has been linked to improved cognition and stress
resilience. Exercise not only heals or decreases mental deficiencies, but also neutralises
brain disease, according to a rising number of research. This is demonstrated either before
or after the development of the disease.

Explanation
Physical activity can promote resilience by causing good physiological and psychological
changes, protecting against the consequences of stressful experiences, and preventing or
mitigate the impact of a variety of neurological illnesses. Aerobic workouts are one of the
critical positive aspects that occur from infancy or adolescence to adulthood and contribute
to brain resilience.

Link

Physical exercise helps improve muscle brain coordination and sync movements. Leading
to stronger neurological connection between cells and muscles.

Point 4

Physical activity aids in the development of muscle-brain coordination and synchronised

movements. As a result, the neurological connections connecting cells and muscles become
stronger.

Evidence

Intense activity improves mental health through increasing IGF-1, PI3K, BDNF, ERK,
while lowering GSK3 levels. Intense workouts, on the other hand, activates the ACE2/Ang
1-7/Mas axis, which have anti-inflammatory impact.

Explanation

During (COVID-19) epidemic, the quarantine period may have an impact on people's
lifestyle, causing many people to reduce their daily calories expenditure and movement. In
many chronic conditions, exercise is employed as a non-pharmacological therapy. In this
article, we look at the molecular mechanics of physical activity in the context of a mental
health epidemic.

Link

Covid19 pandemic reminds us importance of health and fitness with evidence how pre
medical conditions affect our body’s ability to fight virus and recover from it.

Conclusion
A research and data being collected to identify the importance of physical activity in
routine life and its correlation to health. Data will outline impact and importance health and
fitness plays in our lives and ways it affects all positively.

Physicians, health policymakers, and community physicians must ensure that this is
implemented in the community. Physical activity offers several health advantages, and the
research for this is growing. Physical activity counselling should be incorporated into the
regular medical care of health care providers.
