3. Corporation Property Tax- paid bill along with receipt for the last 1 year
(in case the property is in the municipal/ city limits) (If applicable).

A. Partnership Deed,

C. List of partners as on date
D. Board resolution or Authorization letter signed by all the Partners

If the builder is developing through collaboration agreement, separate
KYC documents of Land Owner should be submitted.

TECHNICAL :
2. Detailed unit list from builder, with Land share, documented salable area details.
4. Payment plan with details of Amount to be collected w.r.t. Construction stage is required.
In case builder wants disbursement on completion of property, same will not be required.
However confirmation in writing required, that disbursement will be recommended only after completion.
Apart from the above documents, following are also required prior to initiating site visit:

1. Regional language documents to be provided along with proper marking on each document
describing its nature.
2. For agricultural land outside the city/ municipal limits, permission for conversion of agricultural
land to non-agriculture use shall be necessary.
3. Details of any notice, litigation in respect of the property – if known, to be provided
