Squat position with
arms raised forward
Importance of symmetrical
body shapes
▪ When you do symmetrical body
position balance must be maintained.
Even when standing, sitting, or lying flat,
the right and left sides of the body
should still be on the same equilibrium.
Balance is important in the development
of good posture.

▪ Your body can always form one
or more body shapes.
Everything you do takes on a
shape. Remember to do a body
shape that fits the situation.
