First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Ayushi Biswas and I am from Raipur, CG.
I have done my graduation in BSC Nursing from Kiit School of Medicine and currently pursuing
my MBA in HR Specialization.
I have done many Internships and worked in different profiles like Recruitment & Selection,
Assessing Employee Engagement, HR Data maintenance, cold-calling, lead generation,
interview callings during my internships.
I have 6 months’ work experience in Social Media Marketing at Influenzone Pvt. Ltd.
I have also published a research paper titles- Impact of technology on Recruitment & Selection
Process based on the primary data collected by 100 samples and using methodology of cross
tabulation and chi square statistics.
My Hobbies are Gardening, listening music, and sometimes diary writing and also writing movie
review.

My ideal job would involve opportunity to learn, progress and contribute to the organization. I
want to work in a teamwork-oriented environment that empowers employees to create and take
initiatives where my skills are improved and allows me to grow within the organization.
Well, as my weakness I can say that I have trouble saying NO sometimes when asks me for
something. Also, I am slow in learning new languages. I am more into detailing and explaining
things rather than keeping it short.
I have done many Internships in various organizations and worked in different profiles like
Recruitment & Selection, Assessing Employee Engagement, HR Data maintenance, cold-calling,
lead generation, interview callings during my internships.
Yes, during my MBA curriculum I have worked on various projects like measuring hiring
effectiveness using R software & excel on the data collected by 500 candidates. I have designed
a ready to use instrument for KSOM faculties for measuring their performance using forced
choice scale. Also, I have designed compensation plan using point evaluation method for the
Team Member- HR role in Aditya Birla Group.
MARKETING- Developed a relaunch marketing plan for a stagnant brand-Oldsmobile using all
5 Ps of marketing. Developed NPD plan for launch of Digital Keyboard. Conducted qualitative
& quantitative research for measuring the effectiveness of classroom learning and the factors
affecting it.
Yes, several times I got the opportunity to lead teams. I am the Coordinator of literature club of
KSOM. Also, many times during our class projects and presentations I have managed the team.
During my internship also in Morris Garages India, I was the zonal head for Interns team.
According to me, my biggest strengths are that I am a quick learner and adaptable to any
environment. I always prefer to work in a team as I am a team player. I possess a good leadership
skill and passionate towards my work and have & Helping tendencies. I am a type A personality.
Low engagement in the group and Poor communication can be the common issues that
sometimes arise while working in a group.
This job profile is that I can relate to with respect to my previous internships experience, which
made me apply for this role. I believe that this can be the place where I will get opportunity to
learn, progress and contribute to the organization, where my skills are utilized to the maximum
and allows me to grow within the organization.

short term - I am on the path of beginning of my professional carrier with fresh and lot of
expectation to learn and mold myself as per requirement of organization. Being a fresher, will
work with full of dedication which would help to promote the organization productivity and as
well as my knowledge.
