CAMPAIGN BACKGROUND
CGS6/21 is an on ground marketing campaign specifically focused on significantly advancing
the number of skilled talents (freelancers) within the task culture seller community over a period
of 6 months. As a marketplace for digital services, in other to function most effectively, grow and
compete favorably, it's only of essence that our community of freelancers whom we regard
primarily as service providers/community sellers, must be sizable enough and ever growing to
meet both present & future demands from our growing community of buyer whom we also refer
to as employers. In our quest to achieve success in this regard, we have been able to
successfully build several plans and strategies across the singular objective of growing our
community of sellers in which the CG/621 campaign is a significant part of the plan.
CGS/621 is basically an acronym that simply represents Community Growth for Sellers - Six
months of 2021. (CGS/621)
CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE(S)
Basically the entire campaign strategy is mainly thought around two key objectives which are
1. GROWTH : Building up the seller community of the marketplace
2. REVENUE : Driving up revenue generation through sales of premium offers
Based on the supposed quality of the strategy we intend engaged for the growth of our seller
community through the CGS/621 campaign, we are able to benchmark the growth of our seller
community at six thousand (6000) new sellers in month one(1), with up to 50% increase per
new month which will eventually total up to eighty-five thousand plus (85,000+) sellers in the
community at the end of the campaign lifespan.
This growth will mostly be facilitated by hired marketing personnels spread across significant
locations within Nigeria, working with a fairly distributed or shared target.
Also we intend to rely completely on our premium offers as core drivers of revenue for the
company. Based on our revenue generation objective we intend to monetize by upselling
available offers to a significant fraction of users that are on boarded into the sellers community.
Again based on established data, product value, user experience & satisfaction, quality of
prospecting, and sales process, the company is aiming for a 10% conversion rate every thirty
(30) days for the first three (3) months, then 15% upwards for subsequent months.
The Hired personnel will be assigned to handle both objectives in reasonable and attainable
numbers.
VITAL INFORMATION
THE SELLER (FREELANCER)
It's very vital to gain an in-depth understanding as to who exactly is regarded as a qualified
seller on the platform. A qualified seller is basically a freelancer that offers value in digital
services that can be executed remotely without necessarily having a physical face-value
meeting with a client or navigating to a particular location. This means that sellers that offer
services that can be delivered to the client digitally are the ideal prospects for our seller
community.

2. Accelerator Program
The Accelerator Program is a program designed by Task Culture Ltd focused on equipping
freelancers in the aspect of marketing and value conversion. This is to help freelancers grow in
the capacity of understanding how to fit in their value in a competitive market, by standing out
and improving their conversion online either on task culture marketplace or any platform. The
accelerator program registration is #33,000.00. The Sales/Marketing Executive will be required
to sign up and register to this program a total of 3 freelancers in a month.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the interest of safety for our community at large (includes freelancers & employers), all
freelancers must be assessed and verified by our community support team before they will be
allowed to receive payments from employers or users who wish to patronize them.
Sales/Marketing Executive will report directly to the Telemarketer (the team lead).
