1) Answer the following questions:


Question:
a) Where was the poet wandering?
Answer:
The poet wanders alone in the valleys and hills as like a
cloud.

b) What does the poet compare himself to? Why do you
think the comparison is suitable?
Answer:
The poet compares himself with a cloud. Because, he
move here and there to valleys and hills as like a cloud. So
the comparison is suitable.

Answer:
The nodding of the daffodils on a gentle breeze seems to
be the stars in Milky Way.

Answer:
The company of the daffodils has been referred as
because, at small blow of gentle wind they start dancing.

Answer:
The dancing of sparkling waves of water and joy and

word “gazed” indicate the impact.

Answer:

Answer:
Their father was a chaplain in the army. He was deployed in
Washington. So he was away.

Answer:
Mother proposed not to have any Christmas gift because the civil war
raging in America and the people were suffering in army.
