CANDIDATE’S STATEMENT

I declare that this portfolio, which I submit for National Assessment in


consideration of the award of Certificate of Competency (COC) for Conduct
Training Needs Analysis leading to Trainers Methodology II (TM II) is my own
personal effort. Where any of the content presented is the result of thorough
analysis from the promulgated training regulations of TESDA specifically to
Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II, the Labor Market Intelligence Report of
TESDA and other significant readings to support the research study.

This portfolio contains the Abstract of the Study, the Evaluation


Questionnaires and the Analysis of the Data gathered to support the study
and to ensure validity and reliability of the research. This will result a highly
competitive graduates and acquire the required Knowledge, Skills and
desirable work Attitudes set by the Industry. It is also contains validation
instruments from different experts to ensure the effectiveness for the purpose
of improving the needs of the industry.
