 Steps to load data in model.

 Get all the files from KPI team which are ACT&DOH Format, PROD&SOH Format , Initial
Stock, Demand and SUMI Demand file. After receiving two demand file merge in one and
create one demand file.
 Open DATA UPLOAD: Demand Data by Depot SKU module and go to data import and select
Prod&SOH Format file and map it as given below screenshot and run import and validate
data.
 Open DATA UPLOAD: Demand Data by Depot SKU module and go to data import and select
Initial stock file and map it as given below screenshot and run import and validate data.
 Open DATA UPLOAD: Demand Data by Depot SKU module and go to data import and select
Demand file and map it as given below screenshot and run import and validate data.
  Open Data import Dashboard and run Summary Graph Upload Process and load the
ACT&DOH Format file and run it.

 Run Optimizer
  Go to home dashboard click Automatic allocation dashboard and click Production Plan
Optimiser and run the action “Run Line Allocation – Priority Logic” and again click Demand
Plan Optimiser Boolean and run the action “Run Line Allocation – Priority Logic”.

 After this run the Import Optimizer Demand process and select demand in it.

 Then run the Import Optimizer Production process and select Production in it.

 Change in Time Settings.

 Go to time setting and change the current period and select the present week in it or just
select after what is there already.
  Go to actions and select the action “ Update current - 1 week” which will update select week
for stress test module.

 Integration from HANA Steps .

 Log in the model name “EUROPE_FOODS_INTEGRATIN_DEV”and go to the home page and
run Data Transformation Process which pulls the data from hana to all the lists and then
push it to target module name processed data after UOM Converstion.
  Then run the process called clear processed data which clears data from the module.

 Run the process Copy Friday data process on Friday after data refresh and then on Monday
run clear processed data process and run copy Monday data process for demand extraction

 After all above process validate the data in processed data module.
