HP-V4 SL Shirt Body Press for Slim

Line Shirts
The shirt body press HP-V4 SL presses the complete front and back part including the breast pocket.
With a new and special airbag technology the excessive width in the waist area of slim line shirts is absorbed. So now
even slim line shirts can be pressed with perfect results.

The TwinStar System for a High

Degree of Quality
This system offers high productivity and excellent pressing results. It consists of a shirt body press (HP-V4 [SL]), an
automatic unloading device (H-EN) and a transfer system (H-TS). Productivity can be considerably increased with
this combination.
The TwinStar System

The combination of shirt body press (HP-V4[SL]), automatic unloading device (H-EN) and transfer system (H-TS) is
suitable for smaller and larger productions.
The automatic unloading device removes the shirts from the pressing form (HP-V4[SL]) and hangs them gently on the
transfer system (H-TS). The H-TS transports the pressed
shirts to the shirt folding tables which are arranged around the H-TS.
If necessary, it can be enlarged with up to four extensions.
Shirt Press VEIT 8900
The Shirt Press is designed for laundries and textile care plants as well as for shirt production. The transversely from
above moving press plate with fused heating system provides an excellent temperature distribution, saves energy
and achieves a stretching effect downwards. The change from short sleeve to long sleeve is automated. The program
time can be chosen by push of a button. Three programs are recorded: short 20 sec., medium 27 sec., long 35 sec.
The programs and steam/drying times can easily be changed on the touch screen. The program process can be
traced on the display.
Through a linear cylinder the sleeve fastening device is always kept in the same pitch-angle. The sleeve tensioning
with anti-stretch-control is precisely adjustable. The cuff tuck press provides an excellent sleeve finish.
A version with simplified sleeve tensioners and without the sleeve tuck press is also available.
Collar and Cuff Press VEIT 8905
The collar / cuff press with its special shaped upper buck made of polished stainless steel, dries collar and cuffs
quickly and provides an excellent finish. The vertical closing movement is activated by foot switch. The soft cover
system prevents marks and button damages.
The built in vacuum in the lower bucks guarantees a safe positioning of the cuff and collars.
Front Placket Device FPD
This all-purpose machine can be used either for fusing or for finishing front plackets.
The heating plate is designed in a special way to avoid temperature fluctuations, thus guaranteeing a stable
temperature.
Different materials can be processed due to the precisely adjustable pressure.
Suction makes it easier to position the garment exactly before pressing and guarantees an optimal cooling down after
pressing.
A clamp for bulk production at the front of the machine can hold a number of front plackets in order to work according
to the water fall principle. It also helps to improve the workplace design.
Collar Marker KA
With the Collar Marker it is possible to notch quickly and precisely centre and shoulder seam reference points on shirt
and blouse collars.

Collar Press KFP
This is a machine for pressing to shape 1- and 2- piece collars for shirt and blouse production. The collar press is a

Cuff Blocking Press MFP-S2
The MFP is also available with stacker and swivel template. Due to tandem processing, an overlap operation is

With this Edge Creasing Press it is possible to crease left and right fronts for blouse and shirt manufacturing. This is a
single, electronically heated edge creasing workstation.

The small electro steam generator 2331 is made for use in tailor shops, alteration rooms and dry cleaning shops for
connection of one steam iron. The big filling capacity (almost 6 litres / 1.5 gallon) of the stainless steel boiler
guarantees an operating time of several hours. When the water level reaches the minimum an acoustic signal
reminds of refilling and switches the heating off. A refill can be done within a few minutes.
Extensive safety measures protect of operating errors and ensure a safe operation of the steam generator.
For the trouble free operation of the steam generator we recommend the use of our binding agent Lapidon.

This very compact electro steam generator is designed for continuous operation in dry cleaning shops, alteration
rooms and tailor shops as well as for the garment industry and Refinishers.
This version has a direct water connection which allows the automatic filling of the boiler and a continuous operation.
Alternatively the boiler can be used in connection with a feed water tank which is available as an accessory. With the
feed water tank’s capacity of 13 l (3.4 gallon) a continuous operation over the whole day is possible without refilling.
In order to save space the steam generator can be attached to the Varioset / Varioline series with the optionally
available mounting set.

VEIT Control

The electro steam generator 2373 was designed for use in

connection with Finishing machines like Formfinishers,
Multiform, Pants Finishers and Shirt Finishers. It is mainly
used in dry cleaning shops.
The different power versions (13,5, 18,0, 24,5, 30,0 KW)

ensure the perfect match for the individual application. The
stainless steel feed water tank in connection with the high
temperature water pump ensures a trouble free operation
even with a lot of condensate returning to the boiler.

generators, even a VEIT Tunnel Finisher can be supplied with sufficient steam. The VEIT Steam Station 2381
corresponds to pressure equipment directive (Druckgeräterichtlinie DGRL) 97/23EU.
