COMPANY INCOME TAX RETURNS ITR14 - REMINDER

This is a reminder that your Company Income Tax Return (ITR14) is due on Monday, 28 February 2022. SARS
records reflect that your company is operating and has monetary transactions and/or assets linked to your business.
We are noting with concern that you are not submitting your Company Income Tax return (ITR14)and therefore not
honouring your filing obligations in terms of the Income Tax Act.

It is compulsory for registered companies to submit their income tax returns in the prescribed form (ITR14) twelve
months after their financial year-end. Failure to submit returns will result in penalties.

Provisional Tax Returns (IRP6)

In addition to annual Company Income Tax returns (ITR14), companies are also required to submit Provisional Tax
returns (IRP6) and make payment by 28 February 2022. These returns are to be submitted every six months after
your year-end and must contain estimated figures of total income earned for that period and taxes paid over in
respect of the income estimates for that period.

Failure to submit your company income tax returns on or before 28 February 2022 may result in an estimated
assessment and penalties based on the information at our disposal.

. Book an appointment via the SARS website by selecting the 'Book an Appointment' icon from the SARS website
homepage, and choose the Company option
. Call the SARS Contact Centre on 0800 00 7277 and choose option 0 to book appointment with a SARS agent or
option 6 for the small business line for online assistance.

. Visit your nearest SARS branch - you are encouraged to make an appointment
