a) Identifikasi Beasiswa adalah kegiatan yang mencari,
menemukan, mengumpulkan, meneliti, mencatat data dan
informasi “kebutuhan dan persyaratan” dari penyedia
beasiswa. Misalnya:
• Negara Tujuan Beasiswa (Australia, NZ, Eropa, Amerika,
Asia)
• Syarat-Syarat Pendaftaran (IELTS, Academics, Proposal,
Usia, S2/S3, etc)
• Universitas Tujuan (Jurusan, Course Work / Research)
• Kekurangan dan Kelebihan Kandidat (Self Audit)

b) Browsing ke Website penyedia beasiswa. Misalnya:

3. PREPARING YOUR SCHOLARSHIP APP.

a) Language Skill Preparation (Instant 1 Yrs, Standart 2 Yrs):

• IELTS Overall 6.5 (Listening, Reading, Writing &
Speaking), No Band Less Than 6.0
• iBT (iNTERNET BASED TOEFL) 61-70

b) Academic & Skill Preparation

• Administrations; Filling Form Online, Supporting Docs:
CV, IPK, Proposal/Essay, Reference Letter, Motivation
Letter, Unconditional LOA etc.
• Academic Substance and Nationality Test (LPDP)
• Leadership Test
• Interview Test (Most Scholarship)
 LOA (Letter of Acceptance)

1. Conditional LOA (Bersyarat)

 IELTS below the requirements / expired/ fake certificate.

 Proposal

 Letter of Recommendation etc.

2. Unconditional LOA (Tanpa Syarat)

 Application is successful, no further actions are required.

brief) ect. -I have completed my Master Degree by Reserach in Electrical
Engineering from Victoria University Melbourne Australia in 2011. My thesis title
was...
 Research Interest – I am interested in pursuing a Ph.D program at UoN and I
would like to take research based on my reserach interest including....... The
provisional topic is........
 Effort so far and Conclude – I found your details through Uni Website and it
can be seen that your have interest in..... I do believe that all of your expertise is suit
with my research proposal. I would be most grateful for your reply, advising whether I
could take such a program in your department and confirming your availability to be
a potential supervisor for my field of interest.
 Attach Resume and Proposal – Attached herewith is my resume and proposal
for your kind perusal.
