A. Agenda:
1. Identify location of equipment of each sub-system.
2. To establish a list of cables for each sub-system.
3. To identify cables which have cable screens.
4. To identify the routing of these cables, including through shared cable containment,
as well as those that go outside of the building.
5. Any information in respect of Bomba SPKA would be helpful.
6. Review of submission and perhaps do an online edit to update the main document.

5. Are there separate cable management systems for essential services? NO
6. To identify the routing of these cables, including through shared cable
containment.
7. Data/control cables:
a. To identify those that are installed close to or adjacent to LV heavy
current cables (eg. power cables to MSB, or SSB), or other noisy
cables such as VSD.
b. To ascertain type of cable management systems for the data/control
cables.
8. Cables those that go outside of a building/facility
a. Eg:
i. fire alarm system.
ii. external feeder pillars for compound lightning.
iii. direct feed from internal DB to compound/aerial lighting.
iv. Main power feed to Station.
v. Auxiliary control circuits between buildings.
b. Identify cables.
c. Identify points of entry.
d. Identify route and risks

i. Fire alarm loop cable between TPSS and Station is run adjacent
to 1-core high current LV cables where they share the same
route along manholes (though different duct).
9. To identify cables which have cable screens.
10. Information in respect of Bomba SPKA.
11. Grounding of metallic pipes on entry/exit into a facility
12. Works by other subcontractors – eg. Boombox
13. Pig Tail vs 360 degree termination for screened cables.
14. Review of submission wrt requirements.

1. Muzhafar to provide updated information. To inform SULRT3 of progress by
Friday 14th Jan 2022.
