Section: PBTE 1-1

1. What other skills do you think a 21st century teacher should possess?

Aside from critical thinking, problem solving, communication, cooperation, creativity and leadership skill
which are among the must need skills that we have discussed in our synchronous class, I believe that a
21st century teacher should also possess the ability to easily adapt into a change because change is
inevitable. So, whenever there is a change happened, we are ready and we can eliminate barriers that
affects our teaching.

2. Reflect on your own skills, do you think you have them?

I believe that I have the skills that a 21 st century teacher has, and it just needs to be practice and mold.
An example of those skills is my technology skills which I am doing right now. As this pandemic started,
all of students undergone online and modular learning and age of internet increased access to
knowledge, luckily, I didn’t experience any difficulties in the asynchronous meetings yet because I know
what I am doing and I am literate in using a computer.
