ORDER Government have issued comprehensive orders on implementation of 11” PRC Revised Pay Scales, 2022 vide reference 3” read above, Revised slabs on Additional Quantum of Pension (AQP) has been sanctioned at para 6 of the same, to allow the additional quantum of pension on attaining the age of 80 years and above only & also ordered the adoption of the slabs for Additional Quantum of Pension as is being followed by Government of India in toto. OPeNs 2. _ Inthe reference 4" read above, Government have constituted a Committee to deliberate with Employees’ Associations and to clear the apprehensions of the employees about orders of the Government on the Pay Revision Commission and to sort out the issues. Based on the representations received from the Employees’ Associations, the Ministers Committee proposed to revise the slabs on Additional Quantum of Pension to the pensioners / family pensioners on attaining the age of 70 years and above. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction additional quantum of Pension to the pensioners/family pensioners on attaining the age of 70 years and above (i.e. on completion of the age of 70 years and above) as indicated in the table hereunder, in supersession of the orders relating to Additional Quantum of pension at para 8 of G.O.Ms.No.02, Finance (HR.Ill-Pension,GPF) Department, dt: 17-01- 2022.
