The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the following
appointments:

(i) Shri Ganji Kamala V. Rao, lAS (KL:90), Managing Director, India Tourism
Development Corporation Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety &
Standards Authority of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in the rank
and pay of Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the
post;

(ii) Shri Santosh Kumar Yadav, lAS (UP:95), Additional Secretary, Departmentof
School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education as Chairman, National
Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in the
rank and pay of Additional Secretary by temporarily downgrading the post;

(iii) Shri Hitesh Kumar S. Makwana, lAS (TN:95), presently in the cadre, as
Additional Secretary, Department of Home, Ministry of Home Affairs;

(iv) Shri Rajneesh, lAS (HP:97), presentlyin the cadre, as Additional Secretary &
Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium
Enterprises;

(v) Shri Subhasish Panda, lAS (HP:97), presently in the cadre, as Vice
Chairman, Delhi Development Authority, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs
in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary upon completion of tenure of the
present incumbent, Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, lAS (UT:91) on 28.12.2022.

2. The ACC has also approved the appointment of Ms. A. Neeraja, IFoS (UP:90), Joint
Secretary, Department of Fertilizers as Additional Secretary, Department of Fertilizers by
temporarily upgrading the post held by her to the level of Additional Secretary to the
Governmentof India as a measure personalto her.
