Faith is a spiritual work.

Romans 5:2

It is by faith that we access God’s grace.

It takes faith to live in God’s grace.

It takes faith to extend God’s grace to others.

Your work of faith is seen by your life of grace.

YOUR LABOUR OF LOVE

Love is hard work.

We choose to love because He first loved us.

We not only labour to love others – but we also love to labour for others.

YOUR PATIENCE OF HOPE

Steadfastness is seen in those who stay the path and stay firm in hope of better days.

Your steadfastness is one of the things people remember most.

YOUR OPENNESS OF WALK

We are called to live in the light – as He is in the light.

Living transparent lives – is living open before God and His people.

Hidden matters of the heart produce pride.

Stay humble – stay open – stay free.

TURNING A BAD REPORT INTO A GOOD REPORT

The twelve spies who returned from spying out the promised land were all in agreement in their report.

They reported five significant observations.

ONE PROMISE AND FOUR PROBLEMS

ONE PROMISE – The land is indeed as God promised – overflowing with good things in abundance.

PROBLEM 1 – There are huge walled cities.

PROBLEM 2 – There are Giants in the land.

PROBLEM 3 – The people are fierce and warlike.

PROBLEM 4 – The land is mountainous and inhospitable.

God concluded that the spies returned with a bad OR EVIL report.

A BAD REPORT is when you exalt the problems above your God promise.

A GOOD REPORT is when you exalt your God promise above the problems.

Ten spies chose to stay with the bad report – but two spies – Joshua and Caleb chose to turn the report
into a good report.
HOW DID THEY DO IT?

1. A report is made good by the SPIRIT you give it.

Either a spirit of faith in the promise – or fear of the problems.

DON’T LET YOUR FEARS INVADE YOUR SPIRIT.

2. A report is made good by the CONCLUSION you give it.

BAD – We are grasshoppers in their sight.

GOOD – We are well able.

FORM A GOOD GOD CONCLUSION AND STICK TO IT.

3. A report is made good by the COMPANY you give it.

Joshua and Caleb clung together urging each other to see the promises of God above the obvious
challenges.

FIND PROMISE KEEPERS AND HANG OUT WITH THEM.

4. A report is made good by the LOCATION you give it.

BAD – Bad reports are always hidden in the churning minds of fearful people.

GOOD – Good reports are always hidden in the hearts of believing people.

KEEP THINKING OVER YOUR PROBLEM AND IT WILL DESTROY YOU

Caleb brought a report according the God word he had hidden in his heart.

ANY REPORT CAN BECOME A GOOD REPORT.

Take responsibility to do three things

A. NATURISE – give it your nature and spirit of faith.

B. CULTURISE – create a God support culture around you.C. STABILISE – stabilise your emotions and
actions and become deliberate in your behaviour – think and act – according to God’s promises to you.
PUTTING VALUE ON LIFE

Philippians 3:7-11
Consider this incredible passage of scripture as Paul shares his evaluation of life through faith in Christ.

I REVALUE EVERYTHING
But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ.

I VALUE KNOWING CHRIST

Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord,

I DEVALUE EARTHLY GAIN

for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be
found in Him,

I DEVALUE SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS

not having my own righteousness, which is from the law,

I VALUE RIGHTEOUSNESS WHICH IS OF FAITH

but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;

that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being
conformed to His death,

if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

You have to stop and be still and sit down – to dwell in the shadow of the Almighty.

If you are running around doing it your way – then you are casting your own shadow.

The shadow of the Almighty is actually perfect light – not darkness at all.

Only after we have seen the light of God – can we then speak according to faith.

Faith speaks in a different way to the natural reasoning of the human mind.

Faith comes by hearing a word from God and hearing yourself declare it.

The promise of God’s abiding presence – is the foundation of all faith in believing.

…I’ll rescue you, then throw you a party.

When God lifts you up out of your mess – and welcomes you home like the prodigal – He always throws
a party.

Celebration is always the result of salvation.

I WILL GIVE YOU LONG LIFE

…I’ll give you a long life,

The promise of length of days, breaks the futility of life’s downward descent into death.

Believing for fulness of days will help you overcome many pessimistic predictions.

I WILL CAUSE YOUR CUP OF SALVATION TO OVERFLOW

…give you a long drink of salvation!

Salvation means completeness and fulness.

Salvation from God is not a dripping tap, or a dried piece of bread. His provision is abundant.

You must learn to draw deeply from the wells of salvation – and drink your fill.

2 Kings 7:5&6

And they rose up in the twilight, to go to the camp of the Syrians: and when they had come to the
outskirts of the camp of Syria, behold, there was no man there. For the Lord had made the host of the
Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host:

God spoke to me during the Corona Virus isolation – that this was a time for the church to prepare itself
to step up and see the greatest ingathering ever.

Often we do just the opposite when things get tough.

This is not the time to…

DO NOT STEP DOWN

Do not step down from the climb. You have persevered and pressed through – so do not resign yourself
from the action, by returning to former levels.
DO NOT STEP BACK

Do not step back, nor resile from the challenges you face.

Your enemies are always camped between you and your future. Your battle to possess always
strengthens you to reap the waiting harvest.

DO NOT STEP SMALL

Do not take small steps.

Big dreams demand big steps of faith. Jesus said, Launch out into the deep.

Big steps are David steps.

Small steps are Solomon steps.

David possessed.

Solomon painted it gold.

DO NOT STEP LIGHTLY

Do not tip toe through life.

Step firmly and put your foot down.

Believe your steps are ordered by the Lord.

Put your foot firmly on the neck of your enemies.

Leave your footprint on life.

Proverbs 18:14

The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness,

But who can bear a broken spirit?

It seems as though people with strong spirits can survive sickness and thrive in life.

However, too many people try to survive and thrive from human resilience – rather than the strength of
their redeemed spirit.

KEEPING YOUR SPIRIT STRONG

Romans 14:17

..for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking,

but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

FOUR SPIRITUALS TO KEEP STRONG

It is possible for a person to have a broken spirit.

However, Kingdom people are given the blueprint for keeping your redeemed spirit strong.

RIGHTEOUSNESS

Right standing with God through faith in Christ – gives us confidence to believe.

Practice obedience – and keep your righteousness strong.

PEACE

Great peace have they who love God’s law.

Peace is not the absence of trouble – but trust is the foundation upon which your faith stands – the
word of God as your truth. Read the word – and keep your peace strong.

JOY

Joy is the infallible proof of the presence of God.

It shows you have learnt to abide in Christ. In Him is life!

Abide in Him – and keep your joy strong.

POWER

The anointing of the Holy Spirit fills your spirit with the fulness and power of God.

Stay anointed – and keep your power strong.

Joshua 10:25

Fear comes from three sources.

CIRCUMSTANCES

The things present in your world that are negative and threatening to destroy your life.

DECLARATIONS

The declarations and opinions of others – causing you to doubt and fear. Unbelief breeds fear.

IMAGINATIONS

You must set your mind and take captive every thought exalting itself against God’s plan.

Imaginations produce images in your mind.

BE STRONG

You be strong!
Being strong is the bridge to cross over from fear to courage.

Make a decision to stand firm and be strong. You must do it.

BE OF GOOD COURAGE

Courage comes from taking a stand and trusting in all the promises of God.

Have the courage of your convictions.

Good courage is God courage.

Courage is not a feeling – it is the resolve to believe and act upon that which you know to be God’s
promised plan for your life.

Your enemies are all those people and things that cause you to lose heart.

SET YOUR HEART

The one choice you can and must make is to set your heart and your mind on the Lord your God.

His perfect love casts out fear.

His promises bring faith.

THE BATTLE IS THE LORDS

HEARTS THAT MELT

The Bible uses the his term a lot.

Always referring to the loss of courage and capacity to perform.

There are a number of things that cause the hearts of people to melt.

A BAD REPORT

Joshua 14:8

Nevertheless, my brethren that went up with me made the heart of the people melt: but I wholly
followed the Lord my God.

Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man’s heart shall melt:

RESPONDING BADLY TO CHALLENGES

When your heart seeks after God – your feet will walk on His paths.

When your heart disobeys God – your feet turn away from His paths.

HARD TO UNDERSTAND

Proverbs 20:24

A man’s steps are of the LORD;

How then can a man understand his own way?

The way of the Lord is not reasonable.

A rebellious heart always deceives and plans it’s own way.

It requires revelation and hearing from God – to know His will.

Humble yourself in worship and keep your heart in His hands.

GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

Psalm 37:23&24

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD,

And He delights in his way.

Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down;

For the LORD upholds him with His hand.

No matter what may come your way.

No matter how well or how poorly you perform.

God delights in you as a good person.

He will direct your paths and restore you from all failure and defeat – when you submit your heart to
Him.

O LORD – MY WAY IS PERFECT

END TIME SHAKING

Hebrews 12:26 – 29

Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not only the
earth, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are
shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve
God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.

PREPARE FOR THE GREAT SHAKING OF ALL THINGS

This shaking is instigated by God and will be the preparation of the church for the final great ingathering,
and then the return of Jesus.

FOCUS ON THE COMING KINGDOM

Stop fixating about end time signs and shaking – they will surely come.

Instead focus on the coming Kingdom of God.

WORLD EVENTS DON’T DETERMINE THE RAPTURE

There are three things that reveal the end times.

That is why we must press into God in times of uncertainty and shaking.

The church in many nations is ready for the rapture.

Sadly not in western nations.

RECEIVING THE WORD

Acts 2:41
Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were
added to them.

The power of your new life in Christ is all about how you receive His word.

WITH GLADNESS

There are many ways that people receive the word preached.

With pride

With skepticism

With disinterest

With opposition

With judgment

However the most powerful way to receive the word is in humility – with joy and gladness.

WITH OBEDIENCE

The way you receive the word determines how you obey the word.

Receiving the word preached, with humility and gladness, opens your heart to hear the voice of God.

When you do hear God’s voice – you want to obey it

WITH IDENTIFICATION

Those who gladly received the word joined themselves to the Apostles – and dedicated themselves to
the Lord.

Obedience to God’s word always draws you into fellowship – not away from it.

RECEIVE THE WORD

WITH HUMILITY AND GLADNESS

CONTINUING STEADFASTLY

Acts 2:42
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in
prayers.

THE APOSTLES DOCTRINE

The Apostles doctrine was taught in the Temple and in the larger gatherings.

It was taught by those who walked in the way of the Lord.

The fruits of faith and righteousness were evident in their lives.

DOCTRINE IS SEEN BY THE WAY YOU LIVE

FELLOWSHIP

The fellowship and community support was expressed through their house to house ministries.

All believers connected together in small groups for the following two faith expressions of communion
and prayers.

FELLOWSHIP IS SEEN BY THOSE YOU JOIN WITH.

COMMUNION

The celebration of the finished work of Christ upon the cross was highly important to the early church.
They knew there was life, health and healing in the body and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It was far more than an occasional ritual to them.

COMMUNION IS SEEN BY WHEN YOU CELEBRATE IT

PRAYERS

Genuine and passionate prayers were an essential part of the small group gatherings.

Their commitment to prayer went way beyond a short opening prayer.

They were committed to praying together for His Kingdom to come and His will be done.

PRAYERS ARE SEEN BY WHEN YOU PRAY TOGETHER

FORSAKE NOT YOUR ASSEMBLING TOGETHER

A SENSE OF WONDER
Acts 2:43

Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.

HOLY AWE AND WONDER

There was a magnificence about the early church.

Finding new life in Christ was breathtaking and awesome.

A holy fear rested upon each of them – as they knew this was a special work of the Lord God.

Every new day was both a miracle of grace – and an opportunity of faith.

SIGNS AND WONDERS

The evidence of God’s presence was seen through the manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

They made time to lean in to the presence of God.

They made time for God to move in power.

The Apostles knew their role was to demonstrate what they believed.

No fancy sermons – just preaching the power of God unto salvation – to all who believe.

Signs and wonders are always the evidence of God at work.

Fancy presentations are always the evidence of men at work.

AND THEN IT HAPPENED

What the Apostles demonstrated in their larger gatherings – began to be imitated by all those who
feared the Lord – in their house to house gatherings – and it exploded across the city.

People replicate what their leaders demonstrate.

AWE AND WONDER

PRODUCES

SIGNS AND WONDERS

AND SO IT CONTINUES
Acts 2:46&47

So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate
their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And
the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved

CONTINUING DAILY

There is an incredible power for change – in daily habits.

The early church knew that the new disciples needed much mentoring and encouragement – and so
they committed to daily connection.

ONE ACCORD IN THE TEMPLE

Their larger gatherings were marked by a spirit of unity. Everyone was engaged in making their
gatherings a powerful witness to their city.

COMMUNION IN THE HOUSES

They knew that real fellowship and discipleship happens in small loving and caring communities.

SHARING MEALS TOGETHER

Food is an incredible way to increase bonding. Their meals were used as a way to spend quality time
together.

A SPIRIT OF HUMILITY

Somehow they knew this work of God was not man originated or driven. They learned to leave their
pride at the front door and all join together in humility before the Lord. No wonder God moved.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP

An integral part of their gatherings was to spend time in praise and worship to the Lord.

FAVOUR WITH PEOPLE

People were so impressed by the qualities seen in these new believers – they were drawn to the Spirit at
work in them.
They knew this could only be of God. The fruit and power of the Spirit – can only be of God.

COMMITTED TO THE GOSPEL

The gospel was their first priority. Not as a message – but as a testimony. – with demonstration.

ADDING TO THE CHURCH

The early church did not just count Sunday attendance – but all those who gathered from house to
house. This was a magnificent movement across the whole city, and they were hard pressed to keep up
with it.

People were added daily to the church – because the church met together daily.

THE CALL OF THE DEEP

CHAOS CALLS TO CHAOS

Chaos calls to chaos, to the tune of whitewater rapids. Your breaking surf, your thundering breakers
crash and crush me.

Then God promises to love me all day, sing songs all through the night! My life is God’s prayer.

CRASH AND CRUSH ME

There are times when the waters of life appear to be angry.

The voice you respond to determines the power you give to the waters of your life.

They can either be the crashing and crushing waves of circumstance – or they can be the voice of your
creator coming from deep within.

Establish good habits in your life in all areas, and in so doing you will overcome bad habits.

Who you hang around with, influences your desires, and encourages you to act upon them.

BAD HABITS COME FROM YIELDING TO WRONG DESIRES

Wrong desires form when temptation is not dealt with – but delighted in.

It all begins in the mind and ultimately becomes a stronghold.

Lazy people do not make the effort to live disciplined, to form good habits.

They blame everyone and everything for their sorry state – and never take personal responsibility to
create godly habits.

TURN YOUR GOOD THOUGHTS INTO HABITS – AND YOUR GOOD HABITS INTO CUSTOMS

GOD WILL DO AWESOME – WITH YOU

Exodus 34:10

And He said: “Behold, I make a covenant. Before all your people I will do marvels such as have not been
done in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you are shall see the work of
the LORD. For it is an awesome thing that I will do WITH YOU.

AWESOME IS A COVENANT PROMISE

The covenants of God are unchangeable and irreversible.

Covenants are God’s initiative and are eternally fixed.

AWESOME IS SEEN AS MARVELLOUS THINGS

Signs and wonders are the default setting for God’s awesome works. It is marvellous in our sight and
causes people to stop in wonder.

AWESOME BELONGS TO GOD’S PEOPLE

Among all the nations – the awesome works of the Lord will be seen. God’s people are carriers of the
awesome power and presence of the Living God and all men shall be amazed.

AWESOME IS A JOINT VENTURE

God promises to reveal His awesome hand through His people who obey His commands and follow Him
in faith.

It is God who works in us – and through us – to perform His will and purpose – with us.

AWESOME BEGINS WHEN WE STEP OUT IN FAITH

AWESOME GOD

Psalm 68:35

O God, You are more awesome than Your holy places.

The God of Israel is He who gives strength and power to His people.

GOD IS AWESOME IN HIS CHURCH

God is far more awesome than the physical Holy Places set up for His worship.

As wonderful as they are – they can never match the awesomeness of an army of people gathering
together as His church – to reveal their awesome God to those still in darkness.

GOD IS SEEN AS AWESOME IN YOU

The gospel is the power of God unto salvation – and must be seen in people who live as new creation
children of God.

The awesome God wants to reveal Himself to creation – through you – His New Creation.

GOD REVEALS AWESOME IN TWO WAYS

STRENGTH TO STAND

Nothing can separate the person who stands on the awesome word of God. His promises are Yes and
Amen in Christ Jesus.

All of creation stands upon a sure foundation and will not be moved until the end of days.
STAND STRONG AND ACT AWESOME

POWER TO PERFORM

God has given us Holy Spirit to empower us to perform His will.

Signs and wonders are the evidence of God at work.

The Work of the Holy Spirit is not to make you happy – but to make you awesome.

STEP OUT AND PERFORM SUPERNATURAL MIRACLES

The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

Never let whatever currently confines you – restrict you from dreaming of great God things.

The expectation of the righteous – established on the promises of God – shall not be cut off.

LOOK FOR GREAT THINGS

What you look for – you will see.

Look for problems – you will see them. Look for great things from God – you will see them.

EMBRACE GREAT THINGS

When a great God thing starts to happen – you must embrace it in faith – and draw it into your world.
Even in its beginnings – you must hold steadfastly to it.
FOLLOW GREAT THINGS

When a great thing from God comes into being in your world – it must then be followed and fulfilled –
so it can open the door to the next great God thing.

Miracles build upon miracles.

Everyone is talking about your identity – and how you need to improve yourself for success.

Your identity is who you believe you are – and how you can enhance it for advantage.

Identity is the revelation of self.

Too many people allow their circumstances to determine their place in life.

Others allow the opinions and actions of others to determine their place.

The Bible teaches that you must choose the place where you want to dwell.

YOUR DWELLING PLACE

Your dwelling place is determined by what you love most in life.

Possessions can become your dwelling place.

Pleasure can become your dwelling place.

Protection and security can become your dwelling place.

YOUR SECRET PLACE

When God becomes the secret place in which you dwell daily – He promises to cover you with the
shadow of His favour.

YOUR REFUGE PLACE

There are times when we all need to find refuge from the storms of life.

Sadly people who have not developed a secret hiding place – have nowhere to run to – for safety and
security.

YOUR INHERITANCE PLACE

There is place near to the heart of God where He reveals to us our inheritance. Your inheritance is
written into His will for your life.

Learn to have daily readings of His will and Testament for your life.

YOUR HONOUR PLACE

There is a place where God’s honour dwells.

Where His name is exalted and Jesus is glorified.

The church – is the place where His honour dwells.

Develop your daily Secret God Place – but also build your Saints Gathering Place.

Coming together in His name shows His honour to your world.

A SURE FOUNDATION

Isaiah 28:16

Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation,

A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation;

Whoever believes will not act hastily.

GOD IS SHAKING ALL THINGS

Hebrews 12:27

Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that
are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

OUR FOUNDATION CANNOT BE SHAKEN

For all who believe in the Lord and obey His truth – the shaking of all things will not cause them to fear
or to flee.

Christ has already been tried and proven to be unshakeable.

THE STEADFAST BELIEVER

1 Corinthians 15:57&58

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord,
knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Do not run to the hills in fear

Do not stockpile in panic

Do not speak of conspiracy theories in ignorance.

Be steadfast and immovable in faith.

CHURCH RECONSTRUCTION

THE EARLY CHURCH MODEL

The Bible gives us clear insight into the model of the early church. It was in two places.

IN THE TEMPLE

Was the gathering of the church for the Apostles doctrine and equipping the people to fulfil the mission
of the church.

FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE

The rest of the week the church went from house to house with the good news of Jesus Christ in the
power of the Holy Spirit.

THE END TIME CHURCH

FROM GRAND TEMPLES

TO GRASSROOTS

The church will return to the early church emphasis – and give house to house the right priority – so that
the mission of the church is to occupy all streets.

ALL THINGS ARE BEING SHAKEN

In the last days all things will be shaken until only that which cannot be shaken remains.

DESTRUCTION OR RECONSTRUCTION
This season of shaking can either be seen as evil and unwanted – or it can be seen as God reconstructing
His church and returning it to the grassroots model.

RECONSTRUCTION OF PRIORITIES

TEMPLE IS ABOUT THE SERVICE

By virtue of its size the Temple gathering must be ORDERED and is about the PROGRAM.

Jesus loved the Temple of God.

HOUSE IS ABOUT THE PEOPLE

Whereas the house to house mission is ORGANIC and about the PEOPLE.

Jesus went about doing good.

THE FOCUS MUST CHANGE

Both the Temple and the house to house are equally important.

IF THE TEMPLE IS SHUT DOWN the house to house becomes the key to the mission of the church.

THE TRAINING MUST CHANGE

Training must focus on equipping our people to become small group people builders.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE

The church at its best transfers the anointing from the five fold ministry gifts until every believer
becomes a minister.

This is taught in the Temple and is then expressed through the grassroots movement of the unstoppable
house to house church.

THE INGATHERING IS HAPPENING

God is shaking all things to awaken the church and alert His people to the cry of a desolate generation.
There will be a falling away of many – when Temple programs are the only focus – but it will lead to a
grassroots uprising of ordinary people – in love with Jesus – and fulfilling the mission – which will lead to
the great end-time harvest.

YES AND AMEN

2 Corinthians 1:20

For all the promises of God in Him are YES, and in Him AMEN, unto the glory of God by us.

Message version

Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In Him, this is what we preach and
pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident.

GOD SAYS YES

God has clearly shown us that all His promises are yes to us.

This was confirmed when Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to His people on the day of Pentecost.

On that day heaven’s fulness was made available to all who believe and call upon the name of the Lord.

WE SAY AMEN

We say amen to God’s promises – by what we say and how we pray.

Our amen is resoundingly heard in the heavenly realms through our praise.

It is specifically heard at the throne of His grace through our prayers.

And it is wonderfully evident in our daily life by our confessions of faith in declaring His word.
AMEN MEANS – LET IT BE

All that we do – is to reveal heaven on earth.

Every word, every action and every prayer should be reinforcing God’s promises – and saying to all in
our world – God said it, therefore let it be – as He has promised.

HAS HE NOT PROMISED

SHALL IT NOT COME TO PASS

BE A STAYER

Life has many inconsistencies and unseen circumstances that can challenge our walk of faith.

I love the following scripture;

1 Corinthians 15:58

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord,
knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

STAY STRONG IN SPIRIT

Know what you believe and establish your God promises as foundational convictions within your spirit.

STAY SWEET OF SOUL

Be kind and affectionate one toward another. Keep your soul free from offence and stay sweet

STAY SOFT IN LOVE

Beware tough love. Stay soft in love toward one another.

Soft love is healing love.

STAY KIND IN FRIENDSHIP

Kindness is showing consideration regardless of performance. True friends stay close and kind.

STAY OBEDIENT TO TRUTH

Being obedient to the truth of God’s word – establishes you in His promises – and teaches you His ways.

STAY FOUND IN HOPE

Create an environment of hope. It means you are still expecting – the best is yet to come. Remember
your labour is not in vain – in Christ – who is our hope of glory.
STAY ABIDING IN CHRIST

Above all learn the law of the Spirit – which is life in Christ.

Stay abiding in Him in all seasons.

GUARD YOUR HEART

Protecting your inner world is the most important thing you can do.

Your inner being is designed to be a Temple of the Most High God. Any other thing enthroned in your
heart is an idol.

Cultivate your heart to love the presence of God.

In His presence is fulness of joy and the revelation of His desire for you.

CONTROL YOUR TONGUE

Taking responsibility for your outer world is the beginning of faith in God.

You have been given the power of dominion over all creation by speaking the word of the Lord which
abides in your heart.

Your tongue reveals your heart.

Your words create your world.

ORDER YOUR STEPS

God has also given us His wisdom found in His word by which we order our steps in life.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.

Daily devotions is reading your standing orders for the day.

No weapon, circumstance, opinion or evil intent – can hinder you from fulfilling the will of God.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

THREE AREAS OF HEALTH

There is a continual flow between the Spirit, Soul and Body. Get these three areas of health right – and
the prospering in life will follow.

SPIRIT – HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

This is foundational to everything we ever hope to be.

Developing a healthy relationship with your loving Heavenly Father is essential for a prosperous life.

SOUL – HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS

Keeping your soul healthy is essential to have meaningful relationships with others.

Deal with offences in whatever form they enter your domain.

A damaged soul shrinks back from real friendships and intimate relationships.

All resource flows through relationships and trust.

BODY – HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PHYSICAL WORLD

Keeping your physical world in shape is the final health key to prospering in life.

Keep you house clean.

Stay in good physical shape.

Budget for healthy finances

Clean your car consistently.

Pick up litter on your way.

GET HEALTHY AND PROSPERITY WILL COME.

GOOD – BETTER – BEST

And do not be conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may
prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

EVERYTHING FROM GOD BEGINS AS GOOD

God is good and only does good.

God saw everything He created and said it was good. James 1.17

ALL GOOD THINGS CAN BE PERFECTED IN YOU

However it is our responsibility to take everything good in our world and perfect it according to God’s
will for our lives.

Not everything good – is perfect for you.

QUESTIONS FOR PERFECTION

A. AM I CONFORMING TO THE WAY OF THE WORLD

If you love the world – then read no further. You have chosen a hard path in life.

You are selfish and sinful.

B. AM I RENEWING MY MIND BY GOD’S WORD

Do I diligently search God’s word for truth to apply to my desires and actions?

Will I humbly wait for God’s promise of good to come to me.

C. AM I PROVING AND TESTING WHAT IS GOOD FOR ME

Do I apply the search light of truth to my behaviour.

If it is not godly – it is not good for you.

D. AM I PROVING AND APPLYING WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO GOD

Have I stopped to ask forgiveness for the things that are displeasing to the Lord.

Have I recommitted to being acceptable in His sight.

E. DOES THIS HELP ME LIVE IN THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD

Have I found the perfect will of God for my life.

In His perfect will is a state of love, joy and peace beyond comprehension.
COMING INTO ALIGNMENT

We all make choices as to who we want to share life with.

Your choices determine your chances of good success.

You need to be joined to people who have a radical faith walk.

Otherwise it becomes a self-focussed coffee huddle.

Genesis 50:26

Joseph died at the age of 110 years. They embalmed him and placed him in a coffin in Egypt.

FAITH REFUSES to be buried in Egypt.

Genesis 50 :25

Then Joseph made the sons of Israel promise under oath,

When God makes his visitation, make sure you take my bones with you as you leave here.

FAITH DIES with the promise still alive in your bones.

THEY CARRIED HIS BONES UNTIL JOSHUA WAS BURIED

Joshua 24:29

And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being
an hundred and ten years old.

FAITH BELIEVES in future generations

THEY BURIED JOSEPH’S BONES IN THE BURIAL PLOT OF THE PATRIARCH’S OF FAITH

Genesis 49:29
Then Jacob instructed them: “I am about to be gathered to my people. Bury me with my fathers in the
cave which is in the field of Ephron the Hittite, the cave in the field of Machpelah facing Mamre in the
land of Canaan, the field Abraham bought from Ephron the Hittite for a burial plot.

Joshua 24:32

And the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem,
in a parcel of ground which Jacob bought of the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for an hundred
pieces of silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.

THESE ALL DIED IN FAITH!

FAITH DOES NOT CHANGE.

FAITH CONTINUES TO BELIEVE THE PROMISES.

FAITH KEEPS TALKING – BEYOND THE GRAVE.

FAITH HAS A PURCHASED FUTURE.

FAITH LEAVES AN INHERITANCE.

YOUR CHILDREN WILL CARRY YOUR BONES – WAY BEYOND WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISHED.

FAITH PERFECTS IN DEATH – WHAT WAS PURSUED IN LIFE.

DREAMS & VISIONS

Here is another way of looking at dreams and visions.

Joel 2:28&29

And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;

Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,

Your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and
on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.

A DREAM FROM GOD SHOWS WHO YOU CAN BECOME

The greatest act of a leader is to help people see who they can become.

All preaching and programming should be focussed on helping people dream great dreams through
becoming like Christ.

A VISION FROM GOD SHOWS WHAT YOU CAN DO

To get people to run with a vision – only happens when people first see who they can become.

People only see what they can do – after they see who they can become through doing it.

People will engage in great effort for the cause when they see who they – and who their children’s
children become – through such engagement.

When people see who they can become in Christ – they turn from their wicked ways.
THE BECOMING COMES FIRST

Sharing the gospel is all about helping people see who they can become through faith in Christ.

It is only then – that they see the vision of what they can do – for the cause of Christ.

FOR GENERATIONS

Old men see their dreams fulfilled though young men running with a vision.

A dream should last for generations to come.

Every generation is continuing the dream God gave to Abraham the father of faith.

The older generation should help the younger to see who they can become.

Through seeing who they can become in Christ – they will then see what they can do with great vision.

The steps of a good person are eternally planned and ordered by the Lord.

If so, then nothing is random or accidental.

I can have confidence that God is working His plan for me.

Get up and step out in faith.

ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD

Life in this broken world can bring mishaps and negative things into our world.

We can also slip up at times.

Sorrow and mourning are the constant sounds of a broken world. Believe God for the breakthrough and
let sorrow and mourning flee away.

Our faith is in the restoring power of God to turn all things around for good.

Return to the joy of your salvation.

SALVATION BRINGS WHOLENESS & FULNESS

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of sin – and restored us as children of the most High God.

Therefore the fulness of heaven is now available – as our inheritance in Christ.

Live in the abundance of His grace and favour. There is more where that came from.

REACHING THE LOST IS MY MISSION

I have been saved to be a minister of reconciliation.

I live to reach lost people and to help them reconcile to a loving God through faith in Christ.

I do that by sharing the good news of Jesus to all in my world.

THE WORK OF THE ENEMY

JOHN 10:10

He thief comes to steal, kill and destroy.

Th devil will do anything to stop your progress in life.

Jesus has promised us life in abundance.

The devil has a three fold plan.

TO STEAL – DISTRACTION

The enemy begins by trying to steal your joy.

He does that by distracting you from your priority-one kingdom focus.

He will steal your finance.

He will steal your health.

He will steal your time.

He will steal your precious things.

Anything to distract you from your first love in Christ.

DISTRACTION LEADS TO DIVISION

TO KILL – DIVISION

The wages of sin is death – but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ.

Once you become distracted you will become divided in your love and loyalty for the things of Christ and
His cause.

To kill something is to take away its life.

The enemy will do anything to kill your life in Christ.

Taking offence – Unforgiveness –

Self righteousness etc.

Anything that distracts you, causes division in your world.

The unity of our faith in Christ is what makes us strong.

DIVISION LEADS TO DESTRUCTION

TO DESTROY – DESTRUCTION

Once the enemy has you distracted and you become divided in your loyalty and love – he becomes
emboldened in his attempts to destroy you.

He will now use any means to deconstruct your faith.

Pride will start to work it’s evil plan to destroy your confidence in the word and way of the Lord.

SIFTING SEASONS

Luke 22:31&32

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I
have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your
brethren.

YOU ARE CALLED SIMON

One of the common meanings of the name Simon – is a reed.

Easily blown around by every influence and circumstance.

SATAN HAS ASKED FOR YOU

Satan knew Simon’s destiny and wanted to stop it.

Satan needed God’s permission to attempt to destroy Peter’s future. Permission granted.

THE SIFTING HAS BEGUN

Sifting seasons reveal the reeds growing in God’s garden.

They are allowed by God to sift and strengthen us, to do His will.

YOUR FAITH WILL NOT FAIL

God has great faith in you.

Stand in your faith in God.

Don’t let failure destroy you.

WHEN YOU RETURN

Failure is simply the refusal to return to the love of your God.

Return to the Lord by humbling yourself.

Get forgiven and cleansed and listen to His voice.

YOUR NEW NAME IS PETER

God wants to speak your new name over you.

By faith we understand that our world is framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen,
are held together by things not seen.

The story – or picture of your life – is held together by the frame you adopt to hold everything in place.

for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit

THE FOUR SIDES TO MY FRAME

RIGHTEOUSNESS

Everything stands and falls on being framed in the righteousness of God in Christ.

I am a new creation.

I am declared righteous in Him.

I am being perfected in righteousness.

I am practising righteousness.

PEACE

The peace of God passes all understanding.

The peace of God is my test before attempting new things.

The peace of God is my shelter in the storm.

The great peace of God comes to those who love His word.

Peace is found in the promise.

JOY

Joy is the infallible proof of the presence of God.

The joy of the Lord is my strength – in all things.

It is through joy that we endure the tough times.

Loss of joy – loss of endurance.

POWER

The fulness of the Holy Spirit is the finishing work of Calvary.

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to empower us to perform His will.

I am anointed to reflect Jesus, and to represent His Kingdom.

All power has been given to me – to do His will.

IDENTITY RELIGION

Everyone is talking about your identity – and how you need to improve yourself for success.

Your identity is who you believe you are – and how you can enhance it for advantage.

Identity is the revelation of self.

Christianity is the revelation of Christ.

YOUR IDENTITY IS WHO YOU ARE – WITHOUT CHRIST

Your identity is your human personhood – without the transformation through Christ.

WE ARE IDENTIFIABLE

By our physical appearance – including clothing, hair, tattoos.

By our generational traits

By our speech and sound

By our possessions

By our walk and gait

By our self love

By our habits

By our fears

YOUR NEW CREATION IS WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST

We have been changed.

I am a new creation.

Our old identity is gone – and we take on Jesus Christ

No longer I who lives – but now it is Christ who lives in me.

WE ARE TO TAKE ON THE APPEARANCE OF CHRIST

When we behold Him – we become like Him.

I am being changed from glory to glory by His Spirit in me.

My walk is different

My talk is different

My faith is different

My appearance is different

My love is different

My obedience is different

THE DAY OF GREAT THINGS

Psalm 126:3

The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

DREAM OF GREAT THINGS

Never let whatever currently confines you – restrict you from dreaming of great God things.

EXPECT GREAT THINGS

The expectation of the righteous – established on the promises of God – shall not be cut off.

LOOK FOR GREAT THINGS

What you look for – you will see.

Look for problems – you will see them. Look for great things from God – you will see them.

EMBRACE GREAT THINGS

When a great God thing starts to happen – you must embrace it in faith – and draw it into your world.
Even in its beginnings – you must hold steadfastly to it.

FOLLOW GREAT THINGS

When a great thing from God comes into being in your world – it must then be followed and fulfilled –
so it can open the door to the next great God thing.

Miracles build upon miracles.

GOD IS DOING GREAT THINGS

A SURE FOUNDATION

Isaiah 28:16

Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation,

A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation;

Whoever believes will not act hastily.

GOD IS SHAKING ALL THINGS

Hebrews 12:27

Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that
are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

OUR FOUNDATION CANNOT BE SHAKEN

For all who believe in the Lord and obey His truth – the shaking of all things will not cause them to fear
or to flee.

Christ has already been tried and proven to be unshakeable.

THE STEADFAST BELIEVER

1 Corinthians 15:57&58

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord,
knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

IN TIMES OF SHAKING

Do not run to the hills in fear

Do not stockpile in panic

Do not speak of conspiracy theories in ignorance.

BUT RATHER DO THESE…

Be steadfast and immovable in faith.

Continue in thanksgiving for the victory through Christ.

Always abounding in the work of the Lord – with joy.

Knowing He shall perform His promises.

HIS KINGDOM IS COMING

SEVEN GOOD YEARS

In 2013 God gave me a prophetic word which I shared with the church – across our nation.

It was simply that God was giving us seven good years to prepare for what was ahead.

WE WERE TO PREPARE OUR LIVES FOR CHALLENGING TIMES AHEAD.

SEVEN GOOD YEARS FINISHED AT THE END OF 2019

SADLY MANY CHRISTIANS DID NOT PREPARE THEMSELVES

BUT GOD DID PREPARE

He established godly leaders in Government to oversee many of the nations through difficult days.

He has raised up a generation ready and willing to live differently to the previous generations.

He created a global highway (a new Roman road) for the gospel to be spread – called the internet.

He flooded the earth with digital devices so every eye can see Him – and believe in Him.

He is bringing down the idols of Western civilisation.

THE EARLY CHURCH MODEL

The Bible gives us clear insight into the model of the early church. It was in two places.

IN THE TEMPLE

Was the gathering of the church for the Apostles doctrine and equipping the people to fulfil the mission
of the church.

FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE

The rest of the week the church went from house to house with the good news of Jesus Christ in the
power of the Holy Spirit.

THE END TIME CHURCH

FROM GRAND TEMPLES

TO GRASSROOTS

The church will return to the early church emphasis – and give house to house the right priority – so that
the mission of the church is to occupy all streets.

ALL THINGS ARE BEING SHAKEN

In the last days all things will be shaken until only that which cannot be shaken remains.

DESTRUCTION OR RECONSTRUCTION

This season of shaking can either be seen as evil and unwanted – or it can be seen as God reconstructing
His church and returning it to the grassroots model.

RECONSTRUCTION OF PRIORITIES

TEMPLE IS ABOUT THE SERVICE

By virtue of its size the Temple gathering must be ORDERED and is about the PROGRAM.

Jesus loved the Temple of God.

HOUSE IS ABOUT THE PEOPLE

Whereas the house to house mission is ORGANIC and about the PEOPLE.

Jesus went about doing good.

THE FOCUS MUST CHANGE

Both the Temple and the house to house are equally important.

IF THE TEMPLE IS SHUT DOWN the house to house becomes the key to the mission of the church.

THE TRAINING MUST CHANGE

Training must focus on equipping our people to become small group people builders.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE

The church at its best transfers the anointing from the five fold ministry gifts until every believer
becomes a minister.

This is taught in the Temple and is then expressed through the grassroots movement of the unstoppable
house to house church.

THE INGATHERING IS HAPPENING

God is shaking all things to awaken the church and alert His people to the cry of a desolate generation.

There will be a falling away of many – when Temple programs are the only focus – but it will lead to a
grassroots uprising of ordinary people – in love with Jesus – and fulfilling the mission – which will lead to
the great end-time harvest.
GOOD – BETTER – BEST

Romans 12:2

And do not be conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may
prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

EVERYTHING FROM GOD BEGINS AS GOOD

God is good and only does good.

God saw everything He created and said it was good. James 1.17

ALL GOOD THINGS CAN BE PERFECTED IN YOU

However it is our responsibility to take everything good in our world and perfect it according to God’s
will for our lives.

Not everything good – is perfect for you.

QUESTIONS FOR PERFECTION

A. AM I CONFORMING TO THE WAY OF THE WORLD

If you love the world – then read no further. You have chosen a hard path in life.

You are selfish and sinful.

B. AM I RENEWING MY MIND BY GOD’S WORD

Do I diligently search God’s word for truth to apply to my desires and actions?

Will I humbly wait for God’s promise of good to come to me.

C. AM I PROVING AND TESTING WHAT IS GOOD FOR ME

Do I apply the search light of truth to my behaviour.

If it is not godly – it is not good for you.

D. AM I PROVING AND APPLYING WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO GOD

Have I stopped to ask forgiveness for the things that are displeasing to the Lord.

Have I recommitted to being acceptable in His sight.

E. DOES THIS HELP ME LIVE IN THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD

Have I found the perfect will of God for my life.

In His perfect will is a state of love, joy and peace beyond comprehension.
FAITH ALWAYS POSSESSES

Genesis 50:26

Joseph died at the age of 110 years. They embalmed him and placed him in a coffin in Egypt.

FAITH REFUSES to be buried in Egypt.

HIS LAST WORDS

Genesis 50 :25

Then Joseph made the sons of Israel promise under oath,

When God makes his visitation, make sure you take my bones with you as you leave here.

FAITH DIES with the promise still alive in your bones.

THEY CARRIED HIS BONES UNTIL JOSHUA WAS BURIED

Joshua 24:29

And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being
an hundred and ten years old.

FAITH BELIEVES in future generations

THEY BURIED JOSEPH’S BONES IN THE BURIAL PLOT OF THE PATRIARCH’S OF FAITH

Genesis 49:29

Then Jacob instructed them: “I am about to be gathered to my people. Bury me with my fathers in the
cave which is in the field of Ephron the Hittite, the cave in the field of Machpelah facing Mamre in the
land of Canaan, the field Abraham bought from Ephron the Hittite for a burial plot.

Joshua 24:32

And the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem,
in a parcel of ground which Jacob bought of the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for an hundred
pieces of silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.

THESE ALL DIED IN FAITH!

FAITH DOES NOT CHANGE.

FAITH CONTINUES TO BELIEVE THE PROMISES.

FAITH KEEPS TALKING – BEYOND THE GRAVE.

FAITH HAS A PURCHASED FUTURE.

FAITH LEAVES AN INHERITANCE.

YOUR CHILDREN WILL CARRY YOUR BONES – WAY BEYOND WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISHED.

FAITH PERFECTS IN DEATH – WHAT WAS PURSUED IN LIFE.

CALLED TO REIGN IN LIFE

Psalm 45 is my favourite passage of scripture.

It reveals God’s plan to establish us to rule and reign in life.

GRACE UPON YOUR LIPS

Psalm 45:2

You are fairer than the sons of men;

Grace is poured upon Your lips;

Therefore God has blessed You forever.

GIRD YOUR SWORD UPON YOUR THIGH

Gird Your sword upon Your thigh, O Mighty One,

GARMENTS OF GLORIOUS MAJESTY

With Your glory and Your majesty. And in Your majesty ride prosperously because of truth, humility, and
righteousness;

GLADNESS IS YOUR ANOINTING

Psalm 45:7&8

You love righteousness and hate wickedness;

Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.

GIVING OFF THE FRAGRANCE OF HEAVEN

GENERATIONAL INFLUENCE

Instead of Your fathers shall be Your sons,

Whom You shall make princes in all the earth.

CALLED TO RIGHTEOUSNESS
FAITH BEGINS WITH – BE NOT

Romans 4:19-22

And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred
years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through
unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had
promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

NOT WEAK IN FAITH

Faith is a gift from God. However it increases through use. The more you take steps of faith the stronger
you become in faith.

NOT CONSIDERING FAILURE

Faith takes risks after considering all issues.

However once the step of faith is taken – all thoughts of failure are put aside.

NOT LIMITED BY OTHERS

Faith is never determined by the actions or abilities of others.

It is your faith – in your God – who promises your reward.

NOT STAGGERING IN UNBELIEF

Never carry the burden of unbelief. Doubt comes to us all.

If you embrace doubt it will become a burden of unbelief – causing you to stagger under its weight.

NOT IGNORING THE PROCESS OF FAITH

There is a simple template for faith that works.

DECLARING GOD IS ABLE

THROUGH FAITH

WE OVERCOME

RIGHTEOUSNESS MEANS – STOP IT!

Proverbs 24 is a great chapter of instruction to those who want to live a godly life.

DO NOT DESIRE THE COMPANY OF THE WICKED

Proverbs 24:1

Do not be envious of evil men,

Nor desire to be with them;

STOP ENVYING THE WICKED

DO NOT SET YOURSELF AGAINST THE RIGHTEOUS

Proverbs 24:15

Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous;

Do not plunder his resting place;

STOP CAUSING TROUBLE

DO NOT REJOICE WHEN YOUR ENEMY STUMBLES AND FALLS

Proverbs 24:17

Do not rejoice when your enemy falls,

And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles;

STOP LOOKING FOR PAYBACK

DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO THE WICKED

DO NOT KEEP COMPANY WITH THOSE WHO ARE GIVEN TO CHANGE

STOP RUNNING WITH THE CROWD – STAND FIRM

THE CORONA VIRUS EFFECT

The Covid19 Flu season has thrust the world into a Government enforced period of isolation.

God is using the same season to awaken the church and speak to His people about His plan for these
great days.

WHAT IS GOD SAYING

God has a prophetic word for His church at this time.

LIGHTEN UP

It is time to reprioritise.

To let go of things that weigh us down.

Only hold on to the things that help us follow Christ and do His will.

LIFT UP

It is time to lift up your head and see the harvest fields now ripe for reaping. Go into all your world.

SPEAK UP

The voice of the Lord must be heard again in our streets.

The gospel is the good news of salvation for all mankind.

Declare His coming and help people turn to Jesus.

LOOK UP

It is time to look up – as your redemption draws near.

The rapture is about to happen, and the virgins with oil in their lamps will be taken up to the marriage
supper of the Lamb.

LISTEN UP

I am no longer looking for the signs of His coming – they are clearly evident – I am listening for the
sound of His trumpet.
PEOPLE GET READY –JESUS IS COMING

IT IS WELL – WITH MY SOUL

”The song “It Is Well With My Soul” was written by a successful Christian lawyer Horatio Spafford. His
only son died at age 4 in 1871. In 1872, the great Chicago fire wiped out his vast estate, made from a
successful legal career. In 1873 he sent his wife & 4 daughters over to Europe on a summer trip on the
ill-fated SS Ville du Havre. Since he had a lot of work to do, he planned to follow them later. The Ship
sank and he lost his 4 daughters with the wife being the only survivor. She sent him a famous telegram
which simply read, “SAVED ALONE….” On his return home, his Law firm was burned down and the
insurance company refused to pay him. They said, “It’s an Act of God”. He had no money to pay for his
house and no work, he also lost his house. Then while sitting and thinking what’s happening to him,
being a spiritual person, he wrote a song – Whatever, my Lord, You have taught me to say – It is well, it
is well with my soul.

BE A SOUL SURVIVOR – DECLARE IT IS WELL

AREN’T YOU MISSING SOMETHING?

Psalm 24:1

The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness,

The world and those who dwell therein.

CREATION BELONGS TO GOD

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

The Maker of all good things – is the Lord God Almighty. Everything created belongs to God.

COMPLETION BELONGS TO GOD

God claims ownership over everything that has completeness, fulness, goodness, health, wholeness,
purity, peace, and joy.

God disowns corruption, wickedness, discord, & disease, which is the result of our sin.

When the devil was cast out of heaven and relegated to earth – he destroyed it in his anger – making it
empty and void of fulness.

You will never know fulness without knowing your creator – and making Him your God.

CONTROL BELONGS TO GOD

The world and all its people are under God’s control.

He allows all people the privilege of free will – and lovingly provides salvation to all who believe – and
who call upon His name.

The promise is sure – the one who created all things – has control over all things – and will bring all
people to judgement.

THEREFORE CHOOSE GOD’S FULNESS

You have a choice – to either acknowledge God’s divinity & fulness – and live by His laws –

or to remain in sin – continually searching for satisfaction – by foraging for meaning in the emptiness of
cursed dust.

ONLY DIVINITY – CAN SATISFY – THAT WHICH IS CREATED FROM DUST

A DEVELOPING MINDSET

FROM ME TO MULTIPLYING

There are four changes of mind that must progressively take place, if we are to see good success.

ME – SELF FOCUS.

PRACTISING WHOLENESS

Personal wholeness is our first priority

Daily devotions is the discipline of godly delight.

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.

Humbling yourself under the mighty hand of God – is the beginning of the wholeness journey.

When you know who you are – your prayers change.

MINISTRY – OTHERS FOCUS.

RELATIONSHIPS

BONDS OF UNITY

Your family is your first church.

Your Jerusalem, Judea etc must be reached first – before uttermost parts of the world.

Changing mindsets to put others first – creates space for a win-win life.

Life is not meant to be done alone. Create strong relational bonds with those who share your life and
purpose.

MISSION – CAUSE FOCUSSED.

OUR REACH

STRUCTURED RISK

To see increase in our lives we must learn to stretch in faith and reach beyond our comfort zones.

Your reach is your growth measurement.

MULTIPLY – PROFIT FOCUS.

OUR RETURN

INCREASE REAPING

Learning to reap abundant returns from your endeavours – is the action of living by faith.

If you keep stretching and stay steadfast – holding on to the promises – you will reap a great return.

THE THREE LIFE MODES

It is important to find God’s call for your life in whatever gifts you may have.

SO VERY DIFFERENT

The Bible says that we all have – different gifts – from one another.

DON’T COMPARE

Every gift from God is designed to contribute and add value to His kingdom.

To compare is to complain to God that He is not fair in what He gave to you.

FIND YOUR GIFT TO FIND

YOUR FIT

Even the smallest of parts has great value when fitted properly.

Submit to the construction of the Body – not the promotion of your gift.
HUMBLE YOURSELF

The Body of Christ is strong and vibrant and will continue on without you.

However if you will allow God to work in you – He can then work through you.

Learn to be part of the choir – before wanting to be lead soloist.

THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU

Plant yourself in the good soil of God’s purposes, and He will direct your steps into His perfect position.

IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU

SMALL IN YOUR OWN EYES

Numbers 14:33

And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight
as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

SMALL SPIRIT – LIMITS GOD

People of a small spirit always define God according to their circumstance.

Small spirit people – still carry the curse of Egypt – that of being enslaved to a stronger world – and are
therefore unable to believe God’s promises of a new day.

They are continually fleeing from the giants of a dominant world.

SMALL MIND – LIMITS SELF

People who have a small mind cannot see themselves ever breaking free of their personal limitations –
and so relegate themselves to being wanderers in the wilderness of life.

They are continually lamenting their smallness and lack – and live to rehearse their short comings.

SMALL VISION – LIMITS LIFE

To possess great things in life you must have great vision.

Seeing past the giants to the abundance of the promises is essential to produce great courage and
endeavour.

Small vision people have no ability to see the giants before them as merely stepping stones to greatness.

THREE RESPONSES TO DIFFICULT TIMES

Mark 4:39&40

Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and
there was a great calm. But He said to them, Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?

There are three ways that people respond to difficult times.

VICTIM – CIRCUMSTANCES

When you focus on the circumstance as being a bad thing – you cancel your faith in God to do a good
thing.

FOCUS IS ON YOU

VILLAIN – CONSPIRACIES

When you spend your time looking for conspiracies behind every storm – you cancel your ability to see
God at work in the circumstance.

FOCUS IS ON THE ENEMY

VICTOR – CONVICTIONS

When you stand upon the promises of God and declare them – you cancel the enemy’s attempts to
make you fear.

FOCUS IS ON GOD
HOW YOU RESPOND – DETERMINES THREE THINGS

HOW YOU COME THROUGH

The way you journey through a storm is the direct result of your response to the storm.

THE HELP YOU GET

The way you journey through a storm determines who you will call for help.

Victims call other victims.

Villains curse the darkness.

Victors call upon the Lord.

THE FRUIT YOU CARRY AFTER

THE JONAH SIGN

Matthew 16:4

An evil and wanton generation is always wanting signs and wonders.

The only sign you’ll get is the Jonah sign.

THE JONAH SIGN

God is working in His people to prepare us to be the Jonah sign to this lost generation.

THIS IS HAPPENING NOW!

BELLY OF ISOLATION

God put Jonah in the belly of a great fish for three days – to awaken Jonah and bring him back from his
disobedience.

God has put the church in isolation – but where are the church leaders calling us to repentance.

SIGN ONE – A REPENTANT PEOPLE

BLEACHED FROM WORLDLINESS

The acid in the stomach of the whale bleached Jonahs skin making him look like a ghost.

The removal of self is very important to God’s plan for your life.

SIGN TWO – CHRIST LIKENESS REVEALED

BEACHED ON HIS MISSION

God caused the whale to throw Jonah onto the shores of the wicked City of Nineveh.

God will reposition his people to be His presence in a wicked world.

SIGN THREE – TOWARD THE LOST

BOLD IN HOLY GHOST

Jonah now preached with a boldness not seen before.

He knew his life without God’s presence and purpose was worth nothing – so he threw himself into the
mission of God.

SIGN FOUR – BOLDNESS TO DECLARE

BEHOLD A REVIVAL

Jonah was absolutely amazed and angry at God’s mercy toward such vile people.

God is gathering a people to Himself from every walk of life.

SIGN FIVE – A HUGE GOD INGATHERING

WALK PROPERLY

Romans 13:13&14

Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife
and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

WALK IN THE LIGHT

We are called to walk in the light – as He is in the light – and commit to becoming more like Christ in all
we do.

PUT OFF THE THREE WORKS OF DARKNESS

The mantra of sinners is –

I have a right to be happy.

LUST OF FLESH – PASSION MODE

Not in lewdness and lust.

When you are making room for your carnal desires – above being Holy – you have a real problem.

LUST OF SOUL – PARTY MODE

Revelry and drunkenness.

When you spend more time in party mode than in worship mode – you have a real problem.

LUST OF SPIRIT – PRIDE MODE

Not in strife and envy.

When your desire for position and possessions leads you away from your service to the Lord – you have
a real problem.

PUT ON CHRIST

And make no provision or place for the works of darkness.

It seems today – as though sinning saints can sit through church services without any sense of conviction
before God.

NOTHING CHANGES UNTIL YOU WALK IN THE LIGHT.

IT IS FINISHED

THREE TIMES JESUS SAID –

IT IS FINISHED

Too many people stop at the cross and focus only on their salvation from sin.

However God through His Son Jesus – completes our full salvation by raising us up together with Him –
to be seated in Christ at the right hand of the Father.

HIS EARTHLY HUMAN SACRIFICE

Jesus came and took upon flesh, and was tested and tried in all things as a human being – yet without
sin.

Therefore He alone was worthy to die for the sins of humanity.

All who call upon Jesus will be saved from the curse of sin.

IT IS FINISHED

HIS DEFEAT OF DEATH AND THE DEVIL

Jesus then descended into hell to vanquish the devil and destroy the power of death and the grave.

There is no work of the devil that can flourish over the righteous.

Every sickness and disease has been conquered.

IT IS FINISHED.

HE ASCENDED TO HIS THRONE AND CROWNED WITH ALL…

Jesus then ascended on high and was seated on His throne as the ruling King over all things.

All who delight themselves in the Lord, have been raised up together with Him – and have been given
the Holy Spirit as the fulness of Heaven – so we can fulfil His will here on earth.

IT IS FINISHED.

WHAT TO DO IN ISOLATION

The book of Revelation is an unveiling of the character and program of God.

Penned by John during his exile on the island of Patmos, Revelation centers around visions and symbols
of the resurrected Christ, who alone has authority to judge the earth, to remake it, and to rule it in
righteousness.

GOD IS GIVING THE CHURCH A MESSAGE

It seems to me as though God allows things to take place in the world – so that He can speak to His
people – who are not of the world.

Just because things are unprecedented does not mean..

They are not prophesied

They are not profitable

They are not purposed by God

They are not preaching the gospel.

They are not preparing the church.

Acts 4:32-35

Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that
any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. And with great power
the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.

Wow – I love the patterns found in the early church. Consider.

GREAT MULTITUDES

God sends people to gathering churches.

Learn to gather what God sends your way.

GREAT UNITY

God blesses churches where unity is evident – and fought for.

GREAT SACRIFICE

God pours His provision into churches where sacrifice is a joy.

GREAT PROVISION

God provides abundantly for those who build His House and serve His cause.

GREAT WITNESS

God confirms His word when the gospel is spoken with boldness.

GREAT POWER

God releases His power through faith filled people.

GREAT GRACE
God imparts great grace upon all who believe – so we can stand strong in faith – without wavering.

Great grace is the result of all these other things being present in our lives.

CORONA VIRUS CONSIDERATIONS

I would like to add my thoughts to the current declarations being made about this years flu virus.

SUCH PLAGUES ARE PROPHESIED

The Bible is very clear regarding the massive upheavals to be experienced In the last days.

THE BIBLE HAS CLEAR DIRECTIONS REGARDING PLAGUES

In exodus and Leviticus God gave clear instruction on handling plagues etc.

Fervent prayer.

Quarantine for those infected.

Cleansing for all infected areas

Isolation from daily life.

Safety of dwellings covered by the blood of Jesus.

Celebrate communion.

THE WORLD IS NOW BEING CONTROLLED BY A VIRUS

The days of Governmental control are now a reality.

If a common flu virus can cause governments to close all public gatherings – imposing punishments on
those who do not comply – what levels of control will come next.

The virus will pass – but the global financial effects will have significant impact.

PERHAPS IT IS A PRACTISE FOR THINGS AHEAD

Perhaps we should be seeking God for wisdom as to how to live in such awesome and terrible days.

Perhaps God is getting us ready for days when large gatherings are no longer permitted.

Perhaps the small home group will become the real place of fellowship and faith.

WHAT IF THE NEXT VIRUS WAS A WIFI VIRUS

What if we were confined to our houses to meet as believers and there was no video link from the great
stage – with the great worship bands and preachers.

Prepare yourself now – the days are coming.

IT IS TIME TO TRAIN SMALL GROUP LEADERS FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

The leadership of the church must be focussed on the small group once again.

The small group must be the primary focus for the gathering of the saints.

It must be more than a common interest group.

It must return to being the epicentre of worship – warfare – witness – word -welfare.

UNDERSTAND THE SEASONS

I love what God is doing in raising up great churches around the world. I am a part of such a church.
History has always witnessed the rise of great churches.

However history has also seen times when the church has not been allowed to have a great public stage
– but it has continued to grow from house to house and from strength to strength.

WE ARE THE CHURCH

HIS DISCIPLES

Luke 9:1&2

Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to
cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

HE CALLED THEM

Jesus has called His true disciples together as His church – so that He can prepare us to fulfil His cause on
earth.

Our daily prayer must be – Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

HE GAVE THEM

He gave them power and authority over all the works of the enemy.

Demons tremble at the sound of His name on our lips.

It is His resurrection authority and power that is given to you by the Holy Spirit.

HE SENT THEM

It all makes sense – in the going.

Church makes sense – not just in the coming to church – but in the going from church to the lost.

You have been saved from and called to.

The christian faith is irrelevant without the being sent.

We are sent to…

Declare salvation for sinners

Heal the sick

Deliver the captives

ON A MISSION FOR GOD

THOSE WHO ARE OF FAITH

Galatians 3:7-9

Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that
God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all
the nations shall be blessed.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.

THE HONOUR OF FAITH

Those who are of faith know they have been given an inheritance by those who have gone before them.

Real faith honours those who have steadfastly lived by faith to give you what you now have.

THE GOSPEL OF FAITH

Those who are of faith know the true gospel of faith.

Faith comes by hearing a word from God.

Abraham heard the gospel – declaring that all nations would be blessed by the work of Jesus at Calvary.

Faith is always focussed on reaching the lost with the love of God.

JUSTIFICATION BY FAITH

Those who are of faith know that all who believe are justified in Christ – before God.

THE BLESSING OF FAITH

Those who are of faith look for the blessings of faith.

Faith pleases God.

Faith accesses God’s Grace.

Faith brings God’s blessing.

Faith overcomes the world.

Faith wins the lost.

Faith builds the church.

THIS IS THE VICTORY EVEN OUR FAITH

THE PLAIN OF ONO

Nehemiah 6:2&3

Sanballat and Geshem sent to me, saying, “Come, let us meet together among the villages in the plain of
Ono.” But they thought to do me harm.

So I sent messengers to them, saying, “I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why
should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?”

DON’T BE DISTRACTED

Nehemiah was about to fix the doors of the gates – to close the gaps and make Jerusalem secure – and
so the enemies of the Lord did not want to be shut out.

NOT ALL LEADERS HAVE THE RIGHT SPIRIT

Sanballat means – bramble bush – or secret enemy.

Geshem means -rain storm – disrupting progress

BEWARE THE PLAIN OF ONO

The name Ono means grief.

In another version the name Ono means – strength and vigor to cause trouble.

RESIST SOCIAL MEDIA DISTRACTIONS

Replying to people who are taking pot shots at your world through social media – is at best a huge
distraction and at worst an act of insanity.

FOCUS on the job of building the church and do not end up in the plain of Ono discussing every issue
and every distraction.

FOCUS ON THE GREAT WORK

Your job is to hang the gates and finish the work.

Stop trying to placate every dissenting voice. They actually have a hidden agenda – to do you harm and
hinder the work.

YOU ARE BIGGER THAN THAT.
