CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

This study assessed the job satisfaction of employees in the case of ABC-Company. It
investigated how job satisfaction could be influenced by working conditions, freedom, or
autonomy, job security, relationship with co-workers, relationship with superior, benefit,
compensation, career advancement and growth variables. Therefore, the following framework
could be developed which may show the direction of your research to your reader (audience).
