PETITION SUBMITTED BY THE COMPLAINANT SEEKING FAIR AND

PROPER INVESTIGATION/ENQUIRY IN THE ABOVE MATTER

The petitioner begs to submit as follows: -

1. The petitioner had preferred a complaint before this Hon'ble Authority vide
Reference No. which was duly forwarded to Anti-
Corruption Bureau for preliminary enquiry. But due to the reasons
best known to ACB they have not conducted any enquiry into
the allegations levelled in the complaint and now it is informed from their
office that the complaint has been forwarded to the office of DC On
further enquiry at the ACB office, it is informed that the matter was
 e r r e d to DC's office as the allegations in the complaint are civil in

nature. It is humbly submitted that the officials at ACB office failed to

record the statement of the complainant and had acted in a sheer

mechanical and lacklustre manner in connection with the above matter.

They miserably failed to appreciate the fact that the grievance of the

complainant was forgery and fabrication of records by the officials of

revenue department with a malicious intention to procure wrongful
pecuniary advantage to certain people by causing wrongful loss to the
Complainant. The concerned government officials, in order to attain their
illegal goals, forged and fabricated village survey records and made it

appear that the land acquired by various agencies, which were actually
owned and possessed by the complainant and his relatives, were part and
parcel of land occupied by certain other persons and thereby aided and

assisted those persons to illegally obtain compensation amount under the

land acquisition proceedings.

2. In this connection, it is humbly submitted that the complainant had placed
all the relevant records and documents along with the complaint submitted

before this Authority but for some dubious reasons, ACB officials failed to

complainant and simply referred
