If your child is flying with the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service from the
airlines, the camp requires to have on file the UM Paid Receipt from the
airline showing this service has been paid for the return trip home.
**Please send to the camp a copy of the UM Paid Receipt from the airline
via:
or • Email robinhood@robinhoodcamp.com
When your children arrives as unaccompanied minors, our counselors meet them at their gate
and help them pick-up their luggage and drive them to Robin Hood Camp in our camp vans.
International campers are met as they exit customs. The airline representative will confirm the
identification of our counselor and then release your child. When children fly home, our
counselors will accompany them through security to the departure gate.
Our staff remains in the gate area until the flight is in the air.
When you purchase the UM service, the airlines will ask for the person’s name and contact
information for the person who will be meeting the child at the airport. Please call or email us for
information to be registered with the airlines. We do not schedule staff for the airports this far in
advance. At the time of booking, use our Travel Director’s name and contact information with the
airline:
Mark Coulter
70 Robin Road
Brooksville, Maine 04617
207-359-8313
Two days before your child’s travel date, we will email you the name, ID number and
phone number of the actual staff person name who will receive or depart your child. You
will then be required to change the airline record to this staff person’s name and contact
information by either calling the airline or updating the airline record at check in.
