We are writing this letter to request that Mr. Ernesto Medina Martinez be granted a TN Nonimmigrant Visa. This letter
supports the use of TN Nonimmigrant Visa for Mr. Ernesto Medina Martínez, whom O´Bryan Grain Farm, a swine
production company, wishes to employ for no more than three (3) years, from March 2022 to March 2025 as an Electrical
Engineer Technician, the position is properly classified as an “Engineer”, listed on Appendix 1603.D.1 of the North American
Free Trade Agreement, with a base wage of $14.50 per hour (Less taxes) with standard payroll practices of the Company
and subject to all with holdings and deductions as required by law.

O’Bryan Grain Farm is a multinational family business in its second generation, celebrating over 50 years of business
success. Located near Owensboro in Daviess County, Kentucky. Our sow herd inventory exceeds 10,000 head allocated in
two facilities that produce over 290,000 market hogs per year. O’Bryan Grain Farm employs more than 80 individuals, and
itself grossed more than $40 million in 2018.

Mr. Medina Martinez is qualified to fill the position we have available as his degree in Electrical Technician US Bureau
Labour (https://www.bls.gov/ooh/architecture-and-engineering/electrical-and-electronics-engineers.htm) is covered within
the treaty provisions of NAFTA.

Mr.Medina Martinez will be working as an Electrical Technician-. The main duties for this position will include but not
limited to, operation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment and installations in our facility. Any equipment and
electric installations in our facility needs predictive, preventive and corrective procedures for the correct day by day
functionality of our unmanned and automated processes. Design new ways to use electrical power to develop or improve
products. Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and
specifications. Direct the manufacture, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet
specifications and codes. Investigate complaints from customers or the public, evaluate problems, and recommend
solutions. Work with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time,
and within budget.

Therefore, O´Bryan Grain Farm respectfully requests that Mr. Ernesto Medina Martinez TN Nonimmigrant Visa be
approved.
