WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, MRS. ELSA S. GUMAWA, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of DOTC
COMPOUND RANGER EXTN NEW LOWER BICUTAN TAGUIG CITY, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. That I am the occupant / claimant of the parcel of the land described as being a
TOTAL LAND OF FIFTY-FOUR (54) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Located at DOTC
COMPOUND RANGER EXTN NEW LOWER BICUTAN TAGUIG CITY, to the point of beginning,
more or less.

2. That lawful and valuable consideration I hereby waive my rights and interest over the
TOTAL LAND OF FIFTY-FOUR (54) SQUARE METERS, more or less, of the said land of above
property in favor of MS. CAMILLE PAULINE G. DUCA, in her free from and assigns
encumbrances.

3. That I am executing this statement to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for
the purpose of submitting the same to the authorities concerned particularly Bureau of Lands.
