DAY 1:
DECEMBER 03, 2021

TIME EVENT
12:00PM Arrival and welcome, overview of retreat
Objective: Get everyone on the same page
1:00PM Opening prayer and Lunch
2:30PM Objective: Code of conduct, building mutual trust and establishing
group values

To establish values early in the workshop/team meeting to make the

rest of the workshop run much smoother. To set guidelines to be
followed throughout the activity.
3:00PM Objective: Adapting to change

To motivate employees to accept change and actively engage with the

change process. When posed in a positive, zero-stakes setting, these
exercises minimize resistance and make change a fun event.
3:30PM Objective: Build communication skills

To improve essential communication skills like listening, empathy and

verbalization. Some of these will also strengthen team members'
problem solving, creative thinking and leadership skills.
4:00PM Objective: Opportunity to get to know each other better

To discuss the problems or concerns risen during the 1 st two games and
how they resolve such.
5:15PM Objective: Building trust, increasing camaraderie.

The more the team trusts one another, the stronger and more
productive they will be.
5:45PM Objective: Explore team values
