PROGRAM

Day 1:
12.30 – 14.00 Individual Goals Vs Organizational Vision : Agenda Wall
A team is formed with individual goals gets converged into a collective goal. What
happens when the reverse happens. The teams, which will have to build a wall with
a collective goal will soon realize that they cannot built as they would not be able to
achieve their individual goals in that process. Conflicts erupt and the program is all
about if the individual conflicting goals can be resolved or not.

14.00 – 14.45 Lunch

14.45 – 15.30 : Open my wrist

A project is as successful as the accuracy of the communication that flows through.

One of the greatest threat is “Assumption” – “Assuming that which is not spoken”
– and this holds true for both client facing and backend roles. This program
shows how dangerous it is to “Assume”
PROGRAM
SCHEDULE
Day 1:
15.30 – 16.30 : Helium Stick
A deceptively simple activity which focuses on team alignment and looking at the
larger goal. How can one department support the other department by ensuring that
each recognize their part to play in the big picture.
Ultimately, only that team wins where each participant (ie., department) is
fully aligned to the other participants.

16.30 – 16.45 High Tea

16.45 – 17.45 Continuous Transformation : The Ball Game

Adaptation and Change is essential for growth. If one does the same thing again
and again, they are bound the get the same result again and again. Through
creativity and focus can achieve exponential results. This is the crux on which this
game is built.
PROGRAM
SCHEDULE
Day 1:
17.45 – 18.30 : Glass Walk
Every project is daunting at the beginning. But once we start on a project,
we cannot afford to be distracted. Walking on real, broken glasses will that
experience of taking the first step surely – and then the other steps comes on its
own.

17.30 – 18.30 My Time

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

the participants for the day ahead. This will not only relax their body, but
also conditions it for the busy schedule ahead.
10.00 – 11.00 : Perspectives
A unique and invigorating activity which gives different perspective of
organizational hierarchy. As we go from one level to another level, the
participants would have a fresh horizon and would see things in a different
light and meaning. This will help the participants to understand the
organizational viewpoints.
11.00 – 12.00 : Bending The Rod
It takes two to Tango. A leader gets his position from the acceptance of his
followers. This is what we learn in this exercise where a construction grade
iron rod is bend by the participants, not by their physical strength, but by
their mental strength and by their ability to motivate their partners to help
PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Day 2:

12.00 – 13.30 : Human Table

A close-knit team is more powerful than the individual team members. A human
table gives a unique perspective where we create a table with each member
supporting the weight of the other member – thereby creating a table that is
stable and sturdy

13.30 – 14.30 Lunch

14.30 – 15.00 Reflections and Action Planning

The participants would share their learning from the program and also their plan
on how they will implement in their daily work henceforth. They will give their
