We also take into consideration to be cautious, aware, and balanced in our facilitation approach. With that in mind,
here is a primary framework for us to work with as we move towards empowering your people and building a strong,
connected, resilient and energetic – REAL High Performance, Positive potent team.
Pre Work: Appreciative Inquiry Interviews may be conducted (At least 1-3 interviews each person)
Can also include personal Strengths Assessments.
Core outcomes are to build greater awareness, consciousness, positive relationships, and energy to support smarter
choices, and more resilient Mindsets. This comes with improved thinking skills, and more conscious behavioural styles,
in a context of positive, supportive, encouraging, trusting and cohesive teamwork.
Day 1 –Session 1: Areas of focus – Personal & Team Foundation
Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry & HPO – build knowledge of new process
Where do we want to be personally and as a team? Build energy for Cohesive Teamwork
Where are we now? What was in the way? – Create tension and WHY for mindset and team shifts
Fun Icebreaker Activity R u a Leader
AI Discovery - Interview follow ups & AI Topic Focus – Build relationships, communication & trust
Day 1 – Session 2: Areas of focus – “Team Static” – Trust & Relationships.
Perception, Beliefs, Energy - BOB – Build awareness, consciousness and choice
Releasing ; Clearing personal & team static – Reduce fear, anxiety, loss, energy leaks
Fun Activity Tallest Tower Builders with surprise twist
The process is designed with light mental and physical activities that are fun, insightful, thought provoking, and provide
a multi-layered interactions for learning, communication, debriefing and Action Learning.
