From this they must learn, and discern, what is important and relevant, and what is not. And then create a cohesive
view point for effective decision making and response.

messages and formats, so that staff at the lower levels can quickly understand, propagate, and act intelligently, on
the information, massages and decisions.

Successful leaders are always informed and informing. They are informed about what’s happening within the
organisation, as well as outside.

They scan, listen, and consolidate, a wide variety of “signals” that are used to project, conject, and decide.

Leaders stay informed about the effective and functional performance constraints and capacities, of their Resources:
people, teams, management, leadership, and organisational status and potential.

They also monitor the conditions of the business like culture and climate, and resources like finances, stocks,
systems, etc. They make sure the environment is clear and cohesive and resolve culture toxicity fast.

Conscious leaders also ensure that they are appropriately informed about matters beyond their organisation, into
the market, and the larger business and planet landscape, as well.

They are forward thinkers, who use their resources with the utmost integrity for the greater long-term good.

Leaders look forwards to stay informed of, and clarify, potential threats, challenges, and new opportunities, from
multiple directions, internally and externally. They do this with Integrity and authenticity as their Integrity and
trustworthiness, is the core foundation of their power: Credibility, influence, and connection and authority.

Meaningful, Masterful, and Momentum


In an ever-changing world in order to harness, and activate, optimum staff and team potentials, LIMITLESS Leaders
must create greater alignment, meaning, and energy; and to also engage, grow, and retain talent.

Just making “more-money-for-shareholders” has very little meaning for the newer generations. Meaning must be
engendered above money, if companies are to thrive, by engaging their people fullest potential and maintain market
momentum.

If you’re going to adequately activate, and retain, the fullest potentials of your staff, it is very clear from the existing
low employee engagement numbers that the typical workplace context, content, and process, needs to be revised
substantially.

Managing miserable, and unmotivated, staff who have become highly disengaged, is a problem that most managers
or leaders are often unable to effectively and sustainably solve. Once you stall the team momentum is “dead”!

“Meaning” and progress, is the currency of the new generations. This means alignment, clarity, dialogue,
participation, and inspiration, is required. As well as creating meaningful personal, team and business progress.

It is only with more meaning and self-mastery, that we can begin to get our people to be more excited about what is

Trusted & Truthful


In a digital, everything-connected- all-the-time, world where messages travel at the speed of light, and secrets are
seldom secret, trust and truthfulness are key character traits vital for a credible, and respected, leader.

If people don’t trust you they will not fully commit to your initiatives. If you are not truthful it is an almost certainty
that somewhere, some way, somehow the truth will come out.

All you have to do is look at the political landscape to see how the digital world is laying bare the atrocities, and
inconsistencies, of greeders across the globe for all to see and judge.

For a leader to remain credible and keep team cohesion continuing, qualities and character of; trustworthy, truthful,
and authentic and concern, are non-negotiable. To ignore this wisdom is a big leadership de-railer!

Followers will only tolerate low integrity, deceit, lies, and greedership, for so long, before there is a revolution in
mindset, attitude, and commitment. Dis-engagement is the consequence. Just look at how low levels of employee
engagement are, across the world.

As part of creating the conditions and energy for high performance, and greater well-being, Conscious leaders also
show they trust their people, and ensure that their teams have the environment, psychological safety, and
opportunities, to share their opinions, and perspectives, in a space that is respectful, receptive, and considerate.

Love & Legacy


There is a big shift in consciousness in the world today. From a time when “bean-counters” ran businesses and only
money mattered, there is a shift to a more conscious, caring, and empathetic or compassionate, mindset and
approach, that is starting to be seen in many organisations.

Gone are the days of “slavery” for many, but not all, people. And it’s about time too. LIMITLESS leaders learn to
bring love into workplace. To create a place where people love to come to work. To create work that people love to
do. To create relationships where people can respect and love another human being enough to see them as equal.

We have come a distance from the master-and-slave mindset, and the top down command and control archaic
attitudes, that were handed down from the fighting and dominating “Conqueror” mindset.

If we’re going to get the best staff performance, and support the thriving and well-being of people, planet AND
profit, to create long-term sustainable success, we have to learn to bring the softer skills into the workplace.

tough times, like now. Compassion, EQ, and Conscious leadership are vital in these precarious times.

This starts with love. It starts with loving and respecting yourself first. And from there we can start to begin to build

The competition, and demand, for high-performance and high-speed service response has relentlessly been
squeezed down to just seconds.

Where we used to wait weeks for letters to be delivered and to get responses, we now get irritated when we don’t
get a response to an email, Whatsap, SMS, or any digital communication in moments.

We have to firstly choose the right people, who are driven with the right Growth-Optimised mindset that fit your
culture and context. Then we have to train, and fast-track upskill, them on the products or services.

And then you have to up skill them on how to think, decide and act, in all sorts of high pressure situations and
circumstances. Because, no longer can leaders and managers be at the frontline every second, for every decision, for
every problem.

We have to empower people to think clearly and smartly, to decide and take action in a way that ensures service
excellence and business sanity.

People have to be empowered to be creative and innovative in the way they solve problems, service clients, create

Structure, Systems and Sustainability Focused – Life Rafts DON’T HAVE Life Rafts!
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you will be aware of the many threats to the planet and humanity.

From climate-change to carbon-overload, to oxygen depletion, to water shortages, to ocean acidification, to fishery
depletion, and all of those things that go to sustain life on this fragile blue marble, we call home.

With politicians posturing and businesses profiteering, who will stand up and speak for Mother Earth and our future?
Who will think sanely and secure the future for ourselves and our future generations?

Who will be the ones to say no more wasting of our limited natural resources, purely for greed? Who will be the one
to say this insanity must stop? Stop NOW!

Will it be you that moves from the low consciousness of greedership to true LIMITLESS leadership? Will it be you that
sensitises their staff and teams to the threats we pose to ourselves and this fragile planet? Will it be you that
innovates, gets creative, with how we can be more conscious, considerate, and caring moving forward sustainably?

If not you, then who? For surely our children will look back and ask where were the leaders? What were they
thinking? Did they not care about OUR future? What was their level of intelligence? What drove them to stupidity?
Greed? Avarice? Unconsciousness? Ignorance? Or just pure lack of any true care for creating a sustainable system?

Strengths Based Synergy


With all of the work of Gallup, and Howard Gardener, on strengths and talents, we learn that we all come to this
planet with a wide range of differing talents, gifts, passions, and strengths.

Time is too short, conditions to uncertain, to worry about fixing weaknesses because it focuses on the past, and we
waste energy with worries about weakness and the past. We can achieve more by Fiercely Focusing forwards.

If we are smart, and act swiftly and intelligently, we will focus on our strengths.

We will collaborate, communicate, connect, and create a better world, by putting our strengths together, and

For only in this Future-Focus Mindset will we begin to understand how interdependent we are upon each other.

We need each other. We need each other’s strengths. We need each other’s buy-in, and collaboration, in creating a
brighter, better, and more sustainable and inclusive future, for ALL.

The reality is that a very small percentage of people are real leaders. And if left to their own devices many people will
avoid stepping up, taking the risks, taking the responsibility, and creating the desired results.

The world desperately needs real CONSCIOUS TRUSTWORTHY Leaders. We need leaders of LIMITLESS hope,
resilience and commitment. We need leaders of LIMITLESS love, care, and compassion, who will guide us all through
the storms and challenges.

We need leaders who are LIMITLESS in their dedication and commitment to gathering up everybody, building better
teamworking, guiding and enabling, us along an adventure, to a better, brighter, bolder, more sustainable future.

And my hope is that one of those CONSCIOUS LIMITLESS Leaders… is YOU! Especially during these challenging times
– we need more LIMITLESS Leaders – everywhere, if are to reboot or restart, and recover, to our fullest potentials, in
a manner that truly honors People, Planet AND Profits. We need REAL Leaders to create MORE REAL LEADERS.
